The store is often described as packed and can feel overwhelmingly crowded, especially on weekends. While some find it clean with nice associates, others report that the restrooms are consistently dirty, with a horrible smell and toilet paper on the floor. Checkout lines are frequently very slow. For a better experience, visiting during weekday mornings is recommended when the store is fairly empty and easier to navigate.
I recently went to try on apparel, and the staff member in the dressing room was very helpful. I always have a great experience when I visit this location. And the staff members are professional and willing to help if needed.
