Angel was such an Angel. She took her time and helped me find the mattress I saw on line. She allowed me try it out and was able to provide me with a discount. She went over all the information with me as forbas the policy, return and upgrade. I was thoroughly happy as her beautiful smiling face was pleasant on this rainy abysmal day. If I do need another mattress I know who to go to. Thanks again Angel.

Gary was so knowledgeable about sleep, the technology in Tempure Pedic Mattresses and presented the pros and cons so well that it was not possible to walk away without picking one. We learned a lot about sleep even though my wife is a Registered Nurse. Excellent job and great knowledge of the different products in the store. He was not pushy but simply presented the information we needed to make a purchasing decision. Great ? guy.

Angel is so great at what she does! While my husband and I had a pretty good idea of what we wanted before we got there, Angel took an even deeper dive into the products and took the time to educate us to help us to make the best decision. Choosing the right mattress can be a tedious process; however, a knowledgeable salesman can make all the difference. Ms. Angel Taylor explained the differences between the mattresses I sat and laidback on in the store. From plush pillow top to high-end hybrid, I was sold! No pressure, just patience and excellent customer service! I have one room down and two more to go. I’ll definitely shop here again!

Excellent customer service experience. Our salesman Garry was very knowledgeable and able to provide answers to all questions we had. Initially, we planned to shop around before purchasing. However, with the service we received, we decided to go ahead and purchase from Mattress Firm.

We went to several mattress stores, originally mattress factory where employe said he had been there 15 years. Then me and my wife went to Mattress Firm.greeted by Senai who showed us several options and said he was new we told him our experience was so much more personable and professional than someone claiming to have done it 15 years. We thanked he said if we make a decision by 8.00pm the mattress could be delivered this Sunday. But did not pressure just gave us the help and options we needed. Call him back told him we wanted the mattress he waited for us to return and purchase. Senai was a big reason for buying from Mattress Firm.
