I went in to get advice on what phone to get and they gave me very useful information, they even had the one I chose in stock and helped me switch all of my information over!! Ask for prabina, she was so nice and helpful!

Went in store to get promo 2 for $80 unlimited plan with free Samsung A20 phones when switching carriers. Lady said I could only get the unlimited $90 plan. I asked about the promotion and she said it was over. I said why are there signs up and heavy radio promo. She lied and said they forgot to take signs down for past 3 weeks. I went down the street and got the promo.

Sue genuinely saved my day, my phone and wallet were stolen the day before and i called explain the situation and what phone i'd like. I come in, i get to keep my phone number, she gave me a case with a screen protector of my choice FREE OF CHARGE, and said she wouldn't charge me for the sim card. What she didn't tell me was she was giving me $50 off the total price! I paid $410 compared to ~$460. Made sure to ask for her name for this review.
