“I was very grateful that they could squeeze me in last minute to get a U-Haul. I wanted a 15 footer, but they only had a 20 which worked out perfectly. I was able to do every single item in one hall instead of multiple. They were very kind and considerate, and when I let them know that there was an issue with the vehicle, they called me back to back, checking in, making sure everything was safe, which was greatly appreciated as a single mom. I also have been renting from them for my unit. I got a special discount for the first three months and was very grateful about the pricing because it was actually the cheapest I’ve had in a while and probably the first place I’ve ever been that I didn’t take myself home and have cockroaches in my items so they definitely keep up with their spraying super grateful for that now I have a beautiful home to take myself too, and I don’t have to keep everything outside while I’m packing Super grateful very kind people I’ve spoken to almost everybody that runs that place, including the owners and they were always so kind to me. This is my second time renting a U-Haul from them won’t be my last. I plan to use them when I move into my permanent home thank you so much for everything.”

I cannot say enough good things about Joy's Movers. From start (setting up the move) to finish, this was hands down the best moving experience I have ever had.
The four-man team arrived early, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and worked efficiently and diligently from the moment they arrived. Christian, the team lead was professional, responsive, and ensured there were no surprises with pricing. The quote I received was exactly what I paid with no hidden fees, no unexpected upcharges.
What impressed me most was the level of care they took with my belongings and both homes. Every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped and protected. My television was securely covered, and all items were transported with great attention to detail. Before they even began, they placed protection under the truck to ensure there were no leaks or damage to my driveway.
At my new home, they went above and beyond. They protected wall corners while moving furniture upstairs, carefully navigated tight spaces, and took extraordinary measures to prevent any damage to walls, floors, or belongings. Every item was placed exactly where I wanted it, and they were always open to directions and suggestions.
