It used to be very cheap and now even the Black Friday offers were terrible, the pajamas were terrible last year at $6 Dlls a piece and this year at $12.50 yes a few weeks ago I went and they were at $9 and $10 Dlls nice promotions! ? And the staff is very unfriendly. ?

The quality of Old Navy's clothing is unmatched. I have pieces from Old Navy that I have had for YEARS as the quality hasn't changed. That's what keeps me returning. I used to consider Old Navy on the pricey side. I no longer feel that way, because their clothes LAST (far longer than the price I paid). Which means I don't have to shop very often.

I came to pick up an online order and the associate literally made me stand there and watch her fold up clothes she was tending to. I had to get her attention again and appear agitated for her to get my order, that was already bagged up, out the closet…and then had the audacity to get an attitude with me! She also forgot to detach the sensors, causing me to have to come back twice for them to take it off…the girl who took the one off didn’t check the others, smh. It’s crazy because all of this could have been alleviated if she displayed efficient customer service, but instead she decided to display poor representation of the company, especially that particular establishment. Even though this may be overlooked, it’s very important to represent company to it’s standards and give a great impression, you never know who patronizes your company.

How does the customer greet the employee first? I had to make a return from an online order. When I walked around the corner, I could just see the look on her face that she'd rather be somewhere else. Not the kind of experience I was expecting but I'll take my business elsewhere.
