“Thank You, Heather!
Went in to see if I can get car keys made on two older vehicles
Didn't know if they would work but - well done - She took the time
to make it right -
Experience pays when you know how to work on
imperfect keys that are not original”

“This is a great Sherwin Williams store due primarily to the staff. So kind and acknowledge you each visit. Brian went above and beyond to help me recently.
The store is well kept and maintained even tho they are very busy.”
“Came to the store looking for something to assist me in my caulking. The associate, Daniel, was very helpful in listening to my needs and recommending me a variety of tools to help me with my caulking business. He lead me right to The Caulking Finger, the absolute perfect tool that I never knew I needed. Never again will I use my own finger to caulk with when I can use my new Caulking Finger!”

“I did not actually purchase anything, but was looking for a color match to a cove base for a jobsite in Michigan. The staff at Pike St. was amazing! They knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me a custom match formula and also the closest SW chip color that I could communicate to the contractors. These guys knocked it out of the park and didn't even make a penny in their location. Thank you!”
“I went there last Saturday and I had a great experience at Sherwin-Williams, thanks to Ryan Jones. He was extremely helpful, made sure I got the exact correct color, and took the time to clearly answer all of my questions. His knowledge and patience really made the whole process easy and stress-free.
Excellent customer service — I’ll definitely be coming back!”
“Always a pleasure to do business with. Never had an issue here. What I need is always in stock and the staff is friendly and helpful even when I have to scan color, or have unique questions on color or sheen.”
“So I had absolutely NO idea what I was doing. These folks helped me figure out what I needed quickly and efficiently -- and they did it all over the phone bc of the quarantine. Not only helpful, but just as effective over the phone. Amazing to see that level of service and know-how. 10/10 will come back whenever I need stuff like this again!”
