I’m pleased to see that my phone calls didn’t fall on the deaf ears, After walking in and seeing almost a dozen DEAD betta and other fish living in deplorable conditions. There were fish eating the carcasses of other fish. Myself and others check in frequently to check on the living conditions of the animals.

Larkin at PetSmart did an amazing job grooming my fur baby, Luke Skywalker, today. I picked her based on all the great Google reviews, and I'm so glad I did. Even with a few express appointments that delayed things, she kept me updated and apologized for the wait. Luke looks fantastic, and her service was top-notch! Thank you, Larkin!

I had the worst experience. I tried to get my dog a shot and the vet told me that i had to pay an extra $55 for a $25 shot for “initial visit”. I previously got her shot at petco and showed valid records. She didn’t even come into the room to greet us. I would not recommend this location to ANYONE. Customer service is 0/10

If you have a big dog don’t come here. My dog has been coming here since he was a puppy and now he is a year old. The grooming staff don’t want to take him in anymore because he bite them while they were trying to pick him up. A big dog is going to bite when picked up because he is not used to it. All dogs are different but my dog doesn’t like to be picked up. He is friendly but when he doesn’t like something he will show it to the person.

Butchered my baby. Asked for a teddy bear cut and oh my. Some hairs in her head are longer than others and she looks very choppy. She didn’t smell really good even though I paid extra for perfume and “upgraded” shampoos. She didn’t stink she just smelled like nothing. I’ve gotten her groomed before elsewhere and for reference (last picture) that’s more of a teddy bear cut than what this place did. Terrible
