Due to an error in the address number, the package was not delivered correctly, but she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She even assisted on a Sunday to make sure I got the package in time for such an important occasion. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and dedication. Thank you so much, Paula!”

“I had a great experience at the Loganville post office thanks to one of the male postal workers there. He was extremely professional, patient, and went out of his way to make sure everything was handled correctly. It’s not often you come across someone who truly cares about customer service, but he definitely showed that level of dedication. He made what could have been a stressful visit quick and easy. Loganville is lucky to have someone like him representing the post office. Highly recommend!”
“very quick and helpful! if i recall correctly my newly built neighborhood hasn’t been assigned a direct postal office yet, so particular packages that require signatures and had attempted deliveries when I wasn’t home go here. I show them the slip left behind by the USPS driver, ID, and it’s easy from there. thank you! :)”

“I recently had a not so pleasant experience with two of the staff members at the counter. Because I care and believe in holding people and institutions that I spend money with accountable, I filed a complaint. I fully expected the complaint to disappear and never actually hear back on it. But thankfully, I was wrong.
The reason I am now leaving a 5-star review is because the new manager of this office- Rochelle (hope I’m spelling it right) called me not once, but twice over a holiday weekend to address my concerns. She made no excuses for how I was treated and took full accountability. Sad to say this is growing rare nowadays, but made me appreciate the effort even more. She took over this office months ago and is up for the challenge of turning things around to ensure clients have a more pleasant experience going forward because she acknowledges that the clients are who keep the doors open and payroll coming.
To anyone reading this that has had issues w these particular office over the years, I challenge you to reach out to her or file a complaint instead of leaving a negative review (if you want something done about it).
