ATM has not been able to dispense cash during my last 4 visits. This is an ongoing problem at this branch and no one has any concerns over repairing this problem.

I went to this branch to open an account today and I was welcome by a lovely lady, and then I was assisted by a very nice gentleman who was very helpful and accommodating the experience was good compared to other banks, thanks a lot guys??

Weird staffing. Need to replace the manager before replacing staff. Not a professional and welcoming environment. Very tacky attitudes. Other locations are wayyyy better. Everyone here needs to find a different profession like working from home doing paper work and not interacting with customers. I wish I can rate 0 because this place is not even a one star. Two thumbs down. This place belongs in a circus.

Very poor customer service. If you go to this bank be prepared to be scrutinized for just being you. This bank has zero tact and the people in this bank are more concerned with talking to each other than helping you. If you bank there please close your accounts and go somewhere where people want to be of service. If you don’t have an account there please consider yourself fortunate!

Don’t bother making an appointment to open a new account, the bank manager will just take entire phone calls and pause to answer his emails during your appointment. The next day when I tried to set up online banking and was unable to, I called customer service, was told that some personal information was left off my account (apparently Marvin isn’t good at multitasking). I had to go back to a branch to correct it (another branch turned me away and sent me back to this location). Customer service and professionalism were non-existent with management (the tellers were great, though). I was very happy to close my account and be done with this place.

Absolutely appalling customer service! Just terrible. No regard for customers visiting the branch whatsoever even though the branch is virtually empty and there are no customers except for me for the staff to be occupied with. I literally opened and then closed my account on the same day out of disgust with the lack of concern, or regard for customers visiting the branch.Visited the branch today, 8/10/22 to open an account. I first entered the customer drive through. The light complexioned woman with the glasses, perhaps Hispanic looking, and in her late 40's ignored me at the drive through after I pressed the "call" button. Then she appears and only says "yes!". Not, "Hi, welcome to Regions", or hi, how can I help you?". Just "yes!'" and then went completely silent expecting me to respond. Just, "yes", as if I rang the doorbell to her home.When I asked her if it were possible to open a checking account at the drive through her tone of speaking was dismissive, and a bit rude rather than upbeat or friendlyThen went inside an opened the account. A mistake was made by the personal banker so I had to drive a considerable distance back to the branch 1 hour later. When I entered I seated myself expecting at some point to be addressed by somebody. The entire staff behind the glass teller counter watched me and totally ignored me for fifteen minutes in favor of joking, and horsing around, looking at me an then continuing to look away from me to continue to banter and joke with each other. Eventually I approached the counter. The branch manager who identified himself as "Marvin" just ignored me for what seemed like an unreasonably long time as I waited at the counter to joke around with the woman that had first been standoffish at the drive through.I cast an angry look at Marvin and so he finally spoke to me. I mentioned that the PIN # of the card was not correct. He indicated that the first woman, the "yes", woman that was rude at the drive through could easily resolve the PIN issue. The "yes" woman, the entire time that I waited at the counter, refused to talk to me directly, or even look at me even though she was only 6 feet away from me, and instead spoke to me through another employee even though she and the other employee were totally unoccupied. Just so rude. Never even greeted me. Just "tell him this, or tell him that". You're 6 feet away and not doing anything. How about telling me "hello" then giving me the details yourself?I was so disgusted with their rudeness, standoffishness, and coldness, that I withdrew the cash I had deposited earlier that day and told them to close the new account. Too little respect.Far too much horse play, and constant joking around when customers are waiting to be helped. Virtually no acknowledgement of customers whatsoever. Standoffish, introverted, staff resistant to smiling, speaking, or being affable to customers. And all of this transpiring while the branch manger "Marvin" not only observes but is the ring leader of this conduct. So, it's no surprise that the others are following suit.

I had a wonderful experience at this location..Tellers were very friendly and professional.Service was quick and efficientI went inside of the bankI just moved into this area due to the purchase of a new home and I couldn’t ask for better serviceI’ve banked with Regions for better than 20 years and this is by far one of the best locationsGreat job !!!

This bank is the worst bank. You are better off going with Wells Fargo. I had an issue with my account and it took weeks to resolve the issue.

I tried opening a savings account online but it did not work. One would think it's a simple process but it wasn't. I had to go in person to Regions, Snellville to open the account. I try to avoid going into banks but was pleasantly surprised by the good experience we had. Andrea greeted us right away and took us into her office to open our account. She was extremely friendly, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. It was such a different experience than calling Region's 800 number where I'm on hold for an hour then the person on phone is unhelpful. Thank you Andrea for showing us that there are still people who practice such great customer service!!
