The manager Tiara/Tahera was so rude. This "manager" was so rude to my husband. We had a question about a mattress, so they had to get her off the floor. She came with and was clearly upset with the most nasty attitude. She called someone to assist, never looked him in the eyes, no follow up like " sir someone will be with you, wait in the area or anything, just continue to flounce around. He said excuse me is someone coming? should I wait here? She finally looks up and says she will meet you over there, with much attitude. We had also bought a computer, and the gentleman on the register was having problems ringing it up with the warranty, she was needed again. I got to interact with her and she was positively rude, never spoke just came thru hitting buttons without any interaction, I wanted to use my same clue credit, but because she did not ask us she just rung it up, he had to go thru and add it afterwards. He was confused and low on energy as well. When we checked out, the person that marks your receipt heard us talking about how rude the "manager" was and said yea, she is just that way, she is rude to the Employees too. Well sounds like Sam's needs to have proper manager training with this lady. She has no managerial skills, people skills, and is obviously easily overwhelmed. I try to support local business, but I will say , I never experienced this at Costco, maybe it's worth the extra miles to go there. This Lady makes Sam's Club trashy!!

Always a good experience. Although it's hard to get a power cart. It seems as either there is not enough or you find them all over the store dead.

I went today to Sam , I had a wonderful customer service for a young employee named Shashona, she help me with all questions and I was able to become in customer with a credit card also ! So happy Sam hired people that care about others, that care about customers, thank you!

Never order online to pick up when it's ready. I ordered online to pick up between 5pm-6pm, we got there put our park number waited about 40 min no one coming with our order. I tried calling 800 number listed but no one picks up. I went inside there were 3 employees standing there literally talking I asked I been sitting there for 45 min on my order which suppose to be fast pick up, then they got all my stuff and load it to my car. If you have to wait 45 min to an hour plus have to go inside to pick up your items, you might as well go inside and shop.This was not my 1st experience I thought I would give it a 2nd chance the first time the guy wouldn't even assist me with my order after setting and waiting for an hour, I had to get a manager to get my orders. Of course once the manager shows up, he said o I came you were gone, she said okay where I'd the item funny the item was not even put together ready to load. I had to wait another 20 min for the manager to get my orders ready, after total of an hour and 20 min of wait I got the order. Horrible experience I will NEVER shop online.

Uograded with a promotional offer and when tried to use the money, customer associate mentions the promotion is expired. The manager didn't help and awaiting reply to the email.Very poor customer service.

Tonight went to put gas in my car 35 miles to empty. I “pumped” $30.15 and gas not in my car still says 35 to empty… never had a gas gauge problem. Come inside no one can help gives me the 1800 number. Yup pretty useless still no gas…. Thanks for nothing.

Order ahead / pickup is a complete joke. Emailed to advise order was ready for pickup. 1 hour later still waiting along with other customers. Probably worst Sam's location
