Thank you Ladies for your patience and care today. I had my little one with me while I was trying to figure out what I needed and shade matches. Everyone was so patient and helpful. Thanks for being there for a mom during a hectic adventure through the store with my toddler. We had a blast and felt super cared for! Will have to look at my receipt to give a shout out to my favorite worker.

Great experience this time! I came in the morning and was helped immediately by Ci’Aira (sp). She helped me find my Fenty shade and was so energetic and helpful to be there so early in the morning lol. The only reason I’m taking a star off is because my first experience here was lackluster. One of the women just basically stood by and didn’t help, even though I was struggling to find my correct shade.

We went into Sephora, and my daughters wanted to buy foundation, and one of my daughters went to ask the worker named Tarika, to match her shade, and we waited a good 30 minutes but we saw her just talking, so we asked another person.

This location had everything my mom wanted/looked for. Ralph was a huge help with finding the right products for her makeup routine. His customer service was wonderful! We will definitely come back to this particular Sephora store again.

I’m pretty new to make up and desperately needed a foundation that matched my skin tone. Shannon assisted me right away with finding a brand that was suitable for my skin type and matched my face and neck perfectly! She was so knowledgeable that I even got her help choosing quality skin care products within my budget. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend using their guidance!

I've been to this store location several times. I really dislike giving bad reviews, but I feel I've been in this store ample enough times, hoping I will leave feeling differently than I did this time, and the time before it but the bad and lack of service is consistent each time. I went in this morning to purchase a new lip color. Upon entering I was offered a basket and I began to look around. I'm not sure what criteria a person has meet, or how they have to look, but today, just like numerous other times, NO ONE asked if I needed assistance. I looked at, and tried lippies by Sephora, Chanel, Tart, and Dior... and I was completely ignored. When I noticed one of the associates (short, pink, curly hair) I'd seen at a register on the floor, I decided to ask her opinion. As she said, she didn't know the look I was going for "natural or something with more pop" (If I remember correctly, that was her wording). But I was very displeased with her response. I'm thinking everyone there is supposed to be somewhat of a beauty expert and as such, when a customer asks their opinion, they should not only give it, but also help them by making suggestions and show them things in line with what they're looking for, which would also compliment them. Right?? However, for the response I got from this associate, I could have asked and gotten a better answer from my 5-year old granddaughter. She didn't suggest, nor offer to show me anything else. If the issue was that she was assigned to be a cashier for the day, she could at least have found an associate who could assist me. I settled for purchasing a lipstick by Dior, but would loved to have gotten more than one color and/or brand. After leaving I shared my experiences in this store with a close friend; surprisingly, she's had the same and stated that she hates shopping there. It's unfortunate this is what we have in common from shopping at this location. However, I think today was a wrap for me and that this was my last time supporting a store and its staff by spending my money here. The store inside Kohls is considerably smaller, but the beauty experts there are always kind and willing to assist myself and other customers.

It pretty good place. The staff is usually helpful and make good recommendations. But there are times when the staff will completely ignore you or your existence. The prices for the items are abit overpriced for me personally since I can get it somewhere else cheaper and depending on the location they may not have all the items like other stores for example if you want more item choices I would go to a independent store instead of one that’s inside a macys

I was searching for a scent that was hard to track down. The Sephora shops inside of Kohls and JCPenny didn't have it and online was either hit or miss. Thankfully this store had it! The associates are very welcoming and knowledgeable about anything pertaining to Sephora!!! I will definitely be back for more goodies!!!

Mia on the floor was really sweet, but the cashier was rude and treated me like I was a bother. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted to use my points (which I did) I could understand if it was busy, but there was no one behind me in line

I honestly cannot believe how poor customer service has gotten. Addie seemed to have been the manager and was completely unsympathetic and rude. Sephora has become the dollar tree of make up vendors. Thanks Addie for horrible customer service and leadership.

Google Maps does not show the correct location on map! Store is in the larger building complex between Loft and Bath and Body WorksI received friendly service and help from Monica when shopping for a new foundation. Products are well-stocked

This is my "go to" place for all my makeup. The thing is they only carry top of the range brands. So if you want good makeup and perfumes, this is the place you want to be. There are also perks for being a member
