Awful. Made an appointment online for a specific stylist. Followed the directions and waited until specified arrival time. Arrived and was told she “won’t cut his hair, she has others waiting for her.” Had another stylist cut my son’s hair. She left two bald patches at the back of his head. Never brought me over to show me the cut before cashing us out. She didn’t even show him the back of his head when she finished.Horrible customer service. Stylist does not care about customers or take any pride in her work.

My grandson says best haircut ever. Appointments on website works great. He gets the MVP choice. It's worth it. He does look real good and gets plenty of compliments after.

The hair stylists are great, but the owner has some work to do. Our only interface as customers with the business are the two monitors out front and they are basically unusable. This has been an issue for almost a year as has gotten worse over time.

I have been coming to this location for 5 years and have always had Victoria cut my hair. She does an excellent job and I have no intention of having anyone but her cut my hair in the future. I have met many of the others that have worked there and my experience has always been great.To be clear and upfront I have no issues with the Staff. I do have an issue with the Company and the Franchise owner as it seems that they do not wish to support the location and replace items that are worn out or broken. I was in yesterday and the tried to check in. I was not able to do so as one of the kiosks was off due a system failure and the other was only working partially. I did have concerns using the touch screen as it appears partially melted and the screen is deformed by the heat of the unit. It has been a long time since I saw something of this nature and the last time the unit failed and started to burn. Hard to see in the pictures below but the screen is distorted. This is a safety concern as there are children customers in the store along with us adults. In addition they were unable to process electronic payments, only cash. I made an inquiry as to the status of electronic payments and was told the owner was looking in to it, but did not have an update of when it would be fixed. Luckily I was carrying cash and was able to have my hair cut. If I did not I would have had to wait until next week at the earliest.Due to these items, I looked around the store and noticed several items showed wear and the TVs were no longer clear. This is not why I come to the store for my haircut, but as a business owner it would seem important that my location met with corporate standards shown on the website and giving the best MVP experience. The store is clean and looked after, as I see the employees working hard to give the best possible experience to the the customers. My issue is that it seems that the owner or corporate is only doing the minimum, something that does not cost money and hopes the store will keep operating.I hope the electronic items are repaired in the next couple of days and those items that are failing are repaired soon. This will make the experience better for the customers and easier on the staff. We will see when I return in a couple of weeks.Service: Haircut
