I traded iny 2023 Tacoma (shocking I know) and was helped by PToshia and Brandon. PToshia was very kind and fun to talk to while the paperwork was being sorted by the financial office and quick to pull around the vehicle I was interested in getting. Brandon was also kind with working the numbers out and very honest with what numbers would work and where we needed to get those numbers to seal the deal. Everyone was kind and light hearted all the way to the end. I recommend this dealership 100 percent.

Repeatedly tried to sell me things I told them I had replaced myself recently. Just no reason behind them insisting on certain repairs. If they had even looked at the spark plugs, they would have seen the gleam of newness on them and not have pressed me multiple times in one visit to replace them. Honestly, I got the vibe it’s because I’m a woman. What’s even worse are the constant, multiple times a week emails and calls ever since I visited once. It doesn’t matter how many times you opt out of communications, they still spam you. Completely scuzzy and obnoxious.I do not recommend. At least, do not give them your email or you’ll be haunted till the end of your days.

Purchased my Atlas here and I know for sure that I will come back. Sami was very helpful and answered all my questions. He made the whole process very easy and I was done before I knew it.

Stone Mountain VW gave me excellent Service, and a competitive price on tires and alignment! I received very professional service from Service Technician Jason! Yesterday I went to Pep Boys for a tire that was slowly losing air, and it was a shit show. Incompetent technicians, bad technical advice, high prices. They didn't even know how to remove the plastic lug covers on VW's... The cost estimate was MUCH higher than at Stone Mountain VW, and the brand of tires I wanted were not in stock. Thankfully I came to my senses, got out of there and called Stone Mountain Volkswagon. I spoke to Jason and he located the Continental tires I wanted, made an early service appointment, greeted me at 7:15am, and kept me informed of the progress on the car. The service department seemed very efficient with a lot of customers. Overall I had an EXCELLENT service experience and question why I would even consider going anywhere else. It was a few extra miles driving to get there, but well worth it.

I am from NY visiting Atlanta, my Vw Passat 2018 get a MIL on I went to a VW shop to diagnose the car problem and they find out that the injectors are having electrical problems and need replacement they estimate the Job supply and replace injectors for a very big price about $1,000, so I call the closets Vw Dealer in my area and result Vw Stone Mountain, call to the Service Department and a person answer me asking so many question about were I service my car till the point that ask me VIN number while I check my wallet the guy put me in hold for 10 minutes then hang up, so I call back and a Lady Miss Pam transfer me again after I explain her and wait 10 more minutes with a wait a damage music audio perturbing my logic and I decide t hang up, the I ask myself is this the wait to treat a future Customer looking for a Service appointment, this is perturbing and disgusting attitude not polite or courteous. If I accomplish my goal to move to Atlanta this place will be the not place to visit and or recommend to anyone. Very bad manners!!

Picked up my ID.4 saying that there is a charging issue. I was told there’s nothing wrong but I’m picking up my car with half charge. How would you even know?!? Did you have an issue charging too?At least last week when I had issues charging, they found one issue. I’m thankful for the rental while they looked though.

Please save yourself from shopping here, or any car dealerships in US 78 Stone Mountain area. (They issue unreasonable deals to patrons, and they prey on women or people who are unfamiliar with the car-buying process.) My girlfriend was in the market for a used car, and she shopped at Stone Mountain Volkswagen. I was not with her during her initial visit. The original deal was insulting! They attempted to rip her off with her trade in, and overcharged her for the used vehicle. I spoke with colleagues in the industry, and used this information to attempt to negotiate a reasonable deal. To no avail! We spoke to "Tony" the sales person, his level of service was adequate. Although, once he involved the finance team into the negotiations, it was a disaster! Lloyd was the worst! He, along with the "decision-makers" behind the glass. They were unreasonable, and unwilling to negotiate a deal. They wasted countless hours of our time. They refunded her $1000, and canceled our deal without notice. This is disheartening considering my girlfriend was a repeat customer. We later purchased a vehicle from Mini of Buford. Great inventory, sales people, and finance people. We are really satisfied with our experience there. Please save yourself the headache, don't shop here. There are other dealerships out there that will respect you...

Once again I am disappointed in the customer service at Stone Mountain Volkswagen. Shame on me for trusting the service department with my car. Never again. I took my car in for the 40,000 mile service, when I dropped it off I explained my car was shaking when I accelerate. They said probably spark plugs. Did the service, $555 - still shaking. I take it back. They say I need all 4 new tires. Got the tires $606 - my husband decided to change the brakes himself bc he had time and it's cheaper. The same day I got my car back from VW, my husband takes my brand new tire off and the rotor falls off too. There was a broken screw that somehow was missed when they sold me my new tires. I'm assuming that is the cause of the shaking. Save yourself the absurd amount of money they charge for "service". GREG gave no explanation as to why we weren't told about the broken bolt.

I chose not to go forward with purchasing a car from this dealership. The salesman I was dealing with was extremely pushy. He relentlessly bugged me after I explained that I was dealing with my local credit union and waiting for their response. He got snippy with me when I didn't have an answer right away. He had the nerve to say I was wasting his time. Very rude and unprofessional.

We were in the market for a new 2022 Atlas. We wanted a particular color and particular options. We had been working with another dealership for SEVERAL months and were not able to find the vehicle we wanted, due to us having such particular specification. We thought we were lucky when we found a vehicle close to what we wanted at this location and quickly put in an inquiry. We were called by a sale associate, Lori, on a Saturday morning and decided to go and check out the vehicle in person. I thought I made it clear to her that I would be bringing my two children and therefore did not want the test drive and possible negotiations to take long. After going back and forth several times with pricing, I told her that I wanted to go home and discuss with my husband. She kept pushing for a deposit and I told her that I would be making that decision without my husband. She gave me the warning that the car would soon be gone as it was in high demand. I explained that I have been waiting for this care for over a year, so if I have to wait longer, I was fine with that. She then pointed out that newer VW Atlas models would not have certain features such as blind spot monitoring and power lift gate due to a wiring harness issue. The sales manager later told me these issues were due to a computer chip shortage. She stated me I would receive "free" maintenance up to 30, 000 miles, but the sticker clearly stated it was pre-paid maintenance and came with a cost. These small things along with her not respecting my need to think things over were why I did not want to move forward at this dealership. When I got home and reviewed her email and text messages, I thanked her for her time and told her that we would be going with another dealership. She replied "It's unfortunate that I missed out of misunderstanding and another sales person will benefit from my hard work". I should have took the advice of others not to go to this dealership.... I will end with this. If 1.5 hours of your time is hard work, when I came prepared knowing just about any and everything there is to know about this vehicle, just imagine the hard work the other sales associate has done since October 23, 2021. She did hard work, finding us exactly what we wanted. And that dealership came through with the exact car we wanted for a MUCH better price 2 days later. So big thank you to Harley and the Jim Ellis VW team. Word of advise, check out Jim Ellis VW!!! The customer service was IMPECCABLE!!!
