I had decided after many many years to leave my former phone company. I've done some research T-Mobile sounded like a good option I went there and spoke with Charles he was very patient, attentive and professional great customer service. I definitely recommend if you need a phone this is your place and ask for Charles.

I went into a t mobile store, in ga on scenic hy to inquire about a cellphone .the lady that helped me ask for my ID and took a picture of it and asked for the last 4 number of my ss is this normal? I didn't get a cell but now I'm worried. Should I be?

Mr. Ayo's customer service is very, very bad, since you have to speak perfect English to him, Mr. Ayo, so he can help you. And if you are looking for a solution such as finding an interpreter, Mr. only tells you that he does not understand that he does not speak Spanish and the lack of collaboration to solve you is 0. I understand that the language is important but it is not a limitation to wanting to offer a good service... Thank you

I prefer this store over the store closest to my house. Chelsea, the store worker was super helpful. I went to one T Mobile on Stn Mtn Hwy and they immediately denied my phone for trade in due to normal wear and tear however this store and the store manager were great and told me that it met guidelines. She multitasked but was able to assist myself along with 3 others.

We were able to get a Samsung Fold 5 as planned. Have you ever shopped somewhere but the sales associate acted as if you were an inconvenience to them? The first young lady (young, short light brown complexion, shoulder length hair) immediately bashed T-Mobile Customer Service when I mentioned that they said I could possibly trade in two paid off phoes for one. Hulk bashed her own company saying " they just wanted to get you off the phone"! The retired 20 year salesman in me chuckled from the bad Customer service. I wanted to see how much worst it could get. It didn't but I got my phone. Spoke to Customer Service since and they made up for the bad service received. Love T-Mobile, but hate go back there. It was always like that. My aunt went there several years back and I was impressed. I think should hire that 2018 crew that knew how to treat guests

Gabriel was friendly and extremely helpful in fixing my daughter’s phone. I was very pleased with my experience at the Snellville location. All the employees were friendly and very nice.

Let me start off this review by saying that I have been with T-Mobile for the better part of 15 years. They are overall affordable, coverage where I need it, and usually really good customer service in store, online and when you call in. Now here's my issue- my husband and I went into the store and upgraded our plan and walked out with 2 new phones. As always, they try and upsell when you get phones. It's a given. Normally, I decline but the employee said if we bought their screen protector, it had lifetime warranty and had free replacements. Since I'm someone who typically keeps their phone for 3+ years, I readily agree. We buy the charging blocks and then my screen protector to take advantage of the discount. Well, after a couple months it's starting to raise up so I walk into another location to get a free replacement only to be told that the lifetime warranty is only the case if you have insurance through T-Mobile. Now the employee knew I had AppleCare because we were talking about it when I declined the higher priced T-Mobile insurance. Never once did she say that I was essentially paying an inflated price for a single product that is honestly no better than what I could buy at 5 below by declining this coverage. I get trying to make sales but can we not be honest? If I can find her name on my paperwork, I will absolutely be updating my review with the information because no one else should fall for the bogus promises just to help her make sales.

I went in to get a new phone because mine had water damage. The woman who helped me was very unprofessional and kept singing the rap music that was playing in the store. She tried to tell me that she "had a guy" who could fix my phone and gave me the wrong price to the iphone14 because she wanted me to get that one instead of getting the 13. She also texted on her personal phone non-stop during my phone set up and even answered a personal call on her headphones. It was a very awkward experience and it didn't seem uncommon for any of the employees or manager in the store. I will not be back.
