The service has declined since I started going here two years ago. They offer you bottled water...great!! I'm normally in and out in 20 to 30 minutes... another plus. But they don't do a good job at explaining things.
For example, the guy/technician who did most of the talking asked me if I wanted a regular oil filter or a premium oil filter. In all the times I've been here no one has ever asked me that. And looking at the previous times that I've been there he showed me that I was always getting charged for the premium oil filter but I was never given an option.
So they've been charging me more money for a premium oil filter which they probably never gave me but yet charged me.
Then on this visit they didn't even complete the entire inspection because they never did put air in my tires.
They wanted to check my cabin air filter which is accessed from the inside of my vehicle which the guy didn't explain until after he opened my passenger side door and started removing things from my glove compartment. If you're going to do that an explanation of that should be explained before opening my car door and touching my belongings.
And then he didn't know how to access it and since I didn't want him to break anything I advised him to stop. If you don't know what you're doing don't use my vehicle to try and figure it out and possibly damage something that you're not going to take accountability for.

Very poor service. Attendant was rude and blatantly didn’t care. Will not be going to that branch again. This is now the 3rd time. Another time they messed up the compartment and when it was brought to their attention. They lied and was also rude about it. The turn over is too much. Each time is someone else who does not know what they are doing. They seem to be in training.

Was not greeted... Cars that came after me were served before me.... Took forever to get anyone to even acknowledge that I was there. The young lady that was in the bay didn't even look at me. Last time I am getting my oil changed at Take 5
