The whole process of buying a bed was easy from start to finish. Delivery and setup went off as planned. Everyone was very friendly. Delivery came when promised and we were updated along the way.

Great experience! I did my research on their website before visiting so I already knew which mattress I wanted to buy. I was in and out within an hour. I walked in, told the sales rep which mattress I was interested in, tried it out and the sale was complete. He was very transparent about the pricing and delivery process. He even gave me a great tip on what to do with our old crib mattress! He suggested giving it to our dog and our dog couldn't be happier!

New manager, outstanding. I've bought here before but definitely ask for Glorie!Every question answered. Not pushy or hurried. Probably one of the most knowledgeable salesperson I've met and there are great ones out there. But Glorie is truly outstanding.I had purchased a latex/memory foam mattress as so many people were purchasing, so much hype, but after sleeping on this type of mattress, no real support, allergenic, and foam no matter the advertising, becomes extremely warm, making sleeping not comfortable at all.The Original Mattress Factory and yes my initial reaction was....what a factory...mass production...?Actually they are made locally, very precisely. They use cotton, most natural, and cooling. Healthy.Glorie helped me pick the exact mattress perfect for us. I had also been on a quest for the perfect pillow..got those also.Just testing the mattresses is so important. Online mattress purchases are a gamble. These come with a free warranty. They are made to last.. Delivery options are perfect for whatever you need.Longest review I've written but really we all need sleep that is healing and restful.Very important purchase. Glorie simplified it. No pressure. She knows her products extremely well. Great manager. Prices are very, very reasonable.

Tim Smalley is the best! Excellent customer service. He is super knowledgeable about the mattresses and how they are made in Marietta Georgia. Mattress covers, head/foot boards and more. Gave us a window for delivery and was there on time. Asked the guys to wear show covers and it was no problem. We would absolutely go back and tell friends and family.

My daughter needed a new mattress so we came here because I've had bad experiences with other mattress places and thought going to a place where they make their own would be best and I was correct.The gentleman there was knowledgeable and helpful and in just 15 minutes we had a new mattress in the truck and on our way home.Also, my daughter loves her new mattress. She says it's so comfortable.

Our salesman, Mr. Clayton Conarro was very professional and friendly(especially during this COVID-19). His knowledge of mattresses/box springs was an eye opener for us. He took his time in showing the difference between all the mattresses and to find the perfect one that met both our needs. If you're looking for a very good quality mattress, go to The Original Mattress Factory in Snellville or any of their other locations. You will not be disappointed.

We replaced our older, heavy wood frame for something lighter. That gave us an easier change of bedding. We had an excellent 'walk-in' experience with the sales rep and got business done rather quickly to our satisfaction. The delivery was on time and done in a short time frame...<1 hour. The delivery/installation crew were experts at their job and cleaned up well.
