Went to Home Depot tool rental in Snellville yesterday to rent electric floor scraper to remove some glue down wood flooring. Place was super busy but Mr. Walter addressed me and said I’ll be with you shortly. We walked to where the floor scrapers were and they were all reserved for pick up. Mr. Walter said there should be another one over here and began looking around. Sure enough we found it in another bay. Someone put it in the wrong place. Because Mr. Walter knew there was another one it made it possible for me to get what I needed. He simply could have said sorry sir they’re all rented out. I appreciate his attention to detail and customer service. I took the floor scraper back this morning and Mr. Walter was there again! He greeted me again and we checked the machine back in. It was very refreshing to encounter someone who was very personable and great at their job! Keep up the great attitude and great work Mr. Walter, you are the reason I will continue to use the tool rental department at my local Snellville Home Depot!

I sent my mower in to get repaired at this location. Stay far away from this store for repairs or anything regarding dealing with the store manager. They had my riding mower for over 2 years. They broke it and couldn't fix it after. They damaged the exterior all over and the manager offered me $200. What a joke. I told him I don't want money, I want my nice, almost new looking mower back the way I gave it to you. He said that's final and $200 is fair then would not answer any emails or calls from me. He's childish and his employees have told me they have experienced the same thing with him. Zack Tithof is his name. It's been 3 years now and I have a half working mower. I was forced to pay half of the repairs after they broke it. Ryobi wouldn't touch it because home depot broke it and apparently the store manager is the judge, jury and executioner because there is no Tool repair policy. I couldn't believe Home Depot doesn't have a tool repair policy. So, if you have to deal with Zack, he decides what will happen and i guarantee you it will not be a fair deal.

Went in to purchase a portable AC as the one at my house was not working. Checked their app to be sure the one I wanted was in stock. Sure enough it said they had two. Went in and started looking for the unit. I asked a salesman where they would be and he just pointed to front of the store and said by the registers. After going up front and looking, I could not find the unit just the price tag where it should be. Obviously they have been stored somewhere. I looked around for assistance and nobody was around. Finally, I went to a girl at the register and asked for help. She looked annoyed because I interrupted her playing on her phone and just told me to go back over there and she would call someone. Well nobody came after about 10-15 minutes so I found a guy working in hardware and asked him. He scanned the tag and said they had two in stock but he did t work that area so he wouldn't know where they would be. Instead of assisting me, he just told me to go find someone e in electrical. I finally found the employee in charge of electrical and we went to the location. He scanned the tag and said since it didn't have an exact location that he wouldn't have it even though there was suppose to be two left. He told me just to go to another store and find out if they had it. My wife and I just left our buggy of items there and walked out. It was obvious that these employees have either no training or regard for providing quality customer service. Very disappointed and I have always enjoyed shopping at different Home Depots. Looks like Lowe's will be getting my business from now on.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! This has absolutely been the worst experience dealing with Home Depot in Snellville!!! We ordered appliances and the company issued to complete our installation informed us they cannot install with a backsplash. Okay, did anyone in sales ask us if we had a backsplash?? NooooooI then requested a refund and it's been over a month and over 3 phone calls and still no refund for the appliance that I didn't receive!! Totally ridiculous! Never will I ever deal with or use Home Depot again.

I was at the location to purchase two Aquatic Coronado right drain bath tubs. I found two of them and they were damaged. The he manager offered discount. I wanted to find if any of the stores has the tubs in better condition. checked online and it shows Norcross Jimmy Carter location have 10 of them. the pro desk lady assured me she will call the store and update me. She did called me after an hour and informed that the store does not have any bathtubs that I am looking for.next day I drove up to the store and 4 of them there. The pro desk lady lied to me. do not know why!!it's not an acceptable customer service experience I had with the prodesk at Snellville Home Depot.

So, on October 20th I ordered a dryer hose and shop vacuum bags. Received the hose and at the time didn't realize the bags didn't come. when I checked to see why the order I just placed had not arrived on the day scheduled, I saw that the missing bags had "been delivered" on October 22nd. I knew I didn't receive them so I went back and checked my ring cameras and no delivery was made that day and if my camera unlikely didn't record it, I was having a yard sale that day so I was definitely outside all day. I called customer service and she supposedly refunded my money for the missing merchandise. better than nothing solution to the problem but I ordered online for a reason(s). not to mention when you place an online order you expect to receive it. if home depot can't do a better job than this at delivering an order they should not have it as an option because I have an electrician scheduled to come install my wall sconce and now have to go to the store to purchase one before he arrives. what an inconvenience for me at this time. very disappointed in home depot these days.

Dropped a Ryobi fan off to be fixed under warranty. First was told that the employee couldn’t log into the computer system to get me set up to start the repair process. Told me to come back later that day when a manger was there. So, I did just that. Leaving my fan there. No manager and still the employee couldn’t log in. We did this dance four or five times…sending me out the door and to come back later. Fast forward three months later (after making several phone calls to the store and being told one thing or another), got a call stating that my fan would be trashed if we didn’t come pick it up. Absolute worst communication. Fan still not working. Almost as if they didn’t want to waste time with my little fan.

I'll be the first to say our carpet we ordered took forever. Yet, it finally came and outstanding. Our carpet is absolutely beautiful. Yhe installer came to work and not play. Thank you so much for the professionalism . I was in doubt but Home Depit came through.

We were at Home Depot Snellville on Scenic Hwy at 5:45 am to rent a box truck at 6am. Carlos, the agent at the desk, informed us that we would need a third party to rent the box truck on the lot. He told us to go online to fetch.com. We verified the third party site with him. However, we were misinformed. We had to rent from U-Haul,

I ordered for curbside and waited about 20 mins just to have to call in and the rep inform me that the person "called out" and when I waited to speak to a manager I was on hold no one came. So I had to get in and get in line and wait even longer. The customer service rep named Pam up front was really nice. but again 30 mins for curbside and then another 15-20 just to get my items. Pretty bad with kids sitting in the hot son. A 10 min trip turned into frustration, and defeated the purpose of curbside. I understand 3 people called out and I'm trying to sympathize because somethings happen out of our control but you have to think ahead and put the customer first. As a tip to the store manager - the system should be shut down so that customers know to come inside for these type of instances where they are inconvenienced.

I've rented a brush hog here twice: first time it broke after 2 hrs, second one broke after 20 minutes. The employee, Bob, who "helped" me the first time told me that if I was going to insult their equipment, then I they dont need my business. That's some advice I'll take.

I bought 3 new kitchen appliances (electric stove, dishwasher, and over-the-range microwave) at this store and they were delivered today. The ordering process was smooth and delivery was fantastic. The two delivery guys really knew what they were doing and were very friendly and polite. All 3 appliances are working great and they removed my old ones. I'm very pleased.
