“We used this Uhaul location recently for a move. We rented the 26' uhaul truck & we only needed to make one trip as it held so much. We were moving just across town to Monroe from a 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom. I was nervous due to reading some of the reviews, but it was truly a breeze. There was no extra equipment in the truck (as we hadn't ordered any extra equipment) taking up valuable space. We checked the mileage before leaving & when we returned the truck they charged us the correct amount.”
“I had 3 lights come on my car. The abs, esc and tpms light. Also the brakes were doing something weird. Called around to see who could do the diagnostic testing for free. True automotive said they could. The customer service was top tier. They took my car in the back and called me back to show me that my axle nut had fallen off which is why the lights came on. The guy was very nice and knowledgeable. He tightened it for free!”

“Had to get 2 tires changed over onto rims that had flat tires. We were greeted with a smile and hello as the door was held open for us. Gave us a great price since they were off the vehicle. Had a new guy and when he needed some help, a seasoned employee came over to ensure that everything was done right. Was taken in quickly even though it was close to closing time.I would recommend them from the brief encounter and what I observed watching everyone work on different things.
