I can’t recommend this shop enough! I took my daughter’s car in because the door frame molding had come off. I spoke with Rick, who was incredibly professional from the first phone call and got me an appointment right away.
When I arrived, he fixed the molding on the spot and didn't even charge me for it. It is so rare to find a business with this level of honesty and helpfulness. “I have rented from this Bay Creek location a few times now and each time has been a great experience. I've had the pleasure of interacting with the staff 2 of the 3 times that I have dropped off a truck and in both instances (almost 2 years apart) they were courteous, helpful and pleasant. I know some of those may not hold a lot of weight with some customers but it definitely does with me when it comes to where I choose to do business. I am not sure of the older gentleman's name that helped me back in 2022, but he was just as great as the gentleman that helped me yesterday, I believe that his name was/is Phillip (51343-PHILLIPLOO). Thank you so much for the great service!Also wanted to add that the trucks are always clean and I have never had any issues with them. I've rented 3 different sizes (15, 22 and 26) when I've gone to them and each time, same good experience. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.”

Had a new guy and when he needed some help, a seasoned employee came over to ensure that everything was done right. Was taken in quickly even though it was close to closing time.I would recommend them from the brief encounter and what I observed watching everyone work on different things. The young woman who spoke to us was courteous and efficient as well. Glad to have found a local place we can return to at a later date if we need to!”

“We used this Uhaul location recently for a move. We rented the 26' uhaul truck & we only needed to make one trip as it held so much. We were moving just across town to Monroe from a 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom. I was nervous due to reading some of the reviews, but it was truly a breeze. There was no extra equipment in the truck (as we hadn't ordered any extra equipment) taking up valuable space. We checked the mileage before leaving & when we returned the truck they charged us the correct amount.”
