“I pulled into the service center late in the afternoon. I had a tire issue on my way home from work. I had an appointment the next day to get a full set of tires. Chris greeted me when I walked in to the service center. I explained my situation. He immediately grabbed his tablet and started putting in my info. As soon as he confirmed my tires were sitting there waiting for me the next day he started a work ticket. My tires were installed right then.
