“Fernando was super helpful and professional when I called in about a dead battery in my rental car key fob, I had such a frustrating call with the rental car company that his kindness made a difference. I caught a Lyft to the store and he help me open the keyfob and change the battery unlike the story on Main St. when I called telling me to open it myself (wasn't possible) and the woman who answered was very rude! All that to say I really appreciate Fernando's friendliness, understanding and support!”
“You really have some great guys working at this location. Truck was out of commission due to an over-engineered battery terminal that would not tighten properly. I know advanced auto will loan you a socket wrench to tighten the terminal but I had to go in and out that door about four times asking for a needle nose pliers and a magnet (dropped the damn nut behind the battery). Not once did that gentleman get frustrated with me and was very friendly. Because of him I'll drive the extra distance from Loganville just to come shop here with these guys!”
