It's unfair to be penalized for returning vehicle with less gas but not compensated for excessive amounts of overfill. I returned my truck with 3/4 tank of gas when I only received 1/4 tank. The next customer is expected to return it at 3/4.I lose money because I cannot know what amounts of gas is needed for my trip. That's unfair practice that needs to be reviewed by a regulatory body.

I had an appointment to pick up an uhaul from this location. I called this location to say that I was going to be late on the return but the call was forwarded to customer service so i spoke with customer service and told them that I was going to be returning the uhaul a few minutes later than the time that it was supposed to be returned. I asked about additional charges and the customer service representative told me that as long as I return it by 7pm there wouldn't be any additional charges. When I received my final bill there was an additional charge for the late return. My friend was a witness to the conversation with customer service. I would tell anyone coming to this location be prepared for your calls to be forwarded to customer service and be prepared for customer service to give you misleading information.

Don’t understand why they are forcing customers to pay them by the mile for gas instead of letting us fill it ourselves. Maybe new policy??? Really weird. Didn’t like being charged an extra $40 for 4 miles over the 15 I said.

Everything was good except for the surprise $20 after hour fee. When I booked the van over the phone (at a different location, but they did Snellville for me), the person knew I was returning after hours. He NEVER mentioned a fee. When I went to pick up the van, I answered all of the questions, the contract was printed, it wasn't until then that the person behind the counter mentioned the $20 after hours fee. That should have been told to me up front. I took the van and after about 10 mins called back and asked how I could avoid the $20. He told me to do the checkin process online when I return the van to avoid the fee. Again, I was NOT told this. I had to find out for myself. I'm very disappointed with this hidden fee, but everything else was fine.

The lady who assisted us at the Snellville location was very friendly, helpful, pleasant, polite and worked fast and efficiently during the visit.

This is a terrible U-haul. They provide bad service and overcharged me. I wish i could give them zero stars. When I'm in town, I have to rent a truck sometimes and these people were not friendly. Once we rented the truck, they pointed us outside to get our truck. It took us 15 minutes to find the rental truck. I was shocked that no one came out to help us. Especially when we mentioned that we were in a hurry. There was no one else at this location. So, this was plain rude. We wandered around their huge lot in the heat looking to match a license plate number with a truck, They also cheated us. They had given us a truck with a faulty gas gauge. It said full when we got it, but it was not. When we were done with the truck, my husband filled up the car. That should have only been two gallons, but he had to put tons of gas in the tank. We had only driven 18 miles total which should have come to only two gallons of gas. On top of that, our rental fee was more than it should have been. These people are ok with adding an extra $30 to your bill. $30 is not going to break us, but this is about the principle. I can't stand a dishonest busines.

The inside of the truck as well as the cargo area were filthy and smelled bad. The driver door wouldn’t close completely due to damage to the truck. The truck continuously pulled to the right because it clearly needed an alignment

The alignment on the truck I rented was horrible and it seemed like the transmission was about to go out. I took it back early before I even finished using it because it was too dangerous to drive. The employee said they knew it had an issue. It costed me more money on the job I needed to do.

Mickey and Anthony went above and beyond to help me, answer any questions I may have, and they were very professional and helped guide me through the process of each transaction. I’d recommend anyone to come here for awesome people, and fantastic service. Answered my questions fully and were patient enough to provide detailed answers and fantastic customer service. 10/5 stars for these guys here!

This store is very well kept , very professional. I had some problems with U-Haul . But I can say that everyone at this store had nothing to do with the problems they actually resolved them . Very pleased with this district .Thanks guys

The manager is a racist person, he told me that they would return our money and they did not return it, they did not help us with the rental of a trailer and the treatment was bad towards my family and me.
