“I have been looking for a dress to wear to my daughter's wedding. I didn't realize finding the right dress would be so difficult. Four malls and several other stores later, I ended up at Back by Popular Demand. And I'm so glad I did. Not only did I find the dress that I will wear to her wedding, it was new with tags still on it. At a fraction of the price on the tag. In addition that dress, I found several other great ones that are perfect for some upcoming events I have with my husband. The store is well laid out and easy to shop. It is nice that it is so organized when you make purchases, you get store bucks to use on future visits. It's a great incentive to come back again soon. I am so pleased I came in. I will definitely be back again soon.”

“Customer service was good, Michelle was awesome, I called her the very next day after purchasing a massage chair that was defective and she said come back so we can check it out and realized it was defective, she gave me nothing but excellent customer service and replaced my chair. I gave 4 stars because her employers did not shrink wrap my chair knowing it was raining and I had an over an hour for home. They handed me plastic and the shrink wrap to do myself. Plastic flew off and chair got all wet up but it was leather and im home enjoying my chair.”
