Not only was the location spotless but the crew there at the time were phenomenal. George was pivotal in solving an activation issue that general customer service could not initially figure out. I recommend anyone in the area that needs assistance to visit this location without hesitation.

My parents went to this Verizon as new customers and were trying to set up their phones on 2/9/24. We recently switched from T-mobile to Verizon and were looking forward to the customer service Verizon promised. They were treated very rudely by the staff here and didn’t receive any of the support they needed. Extremely disappointing first Verizon experience.

Came in to switch from AT&T to Verizon. Jenny helped us pick out phones. She didn’t know much about Androids and tried to sell me one that wasn’t out for a couple days. She then was no help transferring my old Android phone to my new Android phone. I had to go to another Verizon to complete the transfer. She also told us that we could drop our old phones off for trade in but when we came back with them the next day the “boxes” had already been shipped.

Forget about a quick trip when you come to this location. Only two staff members working and the rest stand around looking at you.Bought a $50+ charger just for it to stop working 2 months later. Waited over 30 minutes just for them to tell me they are out of stock.I understand waiting in line for a tech problem but to wait 30+ minutes for a simple return/exchange is crazy

I switched my phone service from Xfinity, not because I was not happy with them. They had the best price and I NEVER had issues with derives from set up til I left. I purchased an unlocked phone that would not work with xfinity, so it worked with Verizon, so I switched. The problem was with the customer service during the switch.Jen, the Verizon agent basically was told she couldn't help me with anything else after getting my service or she would have to charge me. I was told from the phone dealer that aIl needed a SIM card, I ask her that 3 times, she assured me I did not. She gave me a number to call if things didn't work out. Long story short It did not work out the representative told me to go back to the store to get a SIM card!! I missed calls and text yesterday. As I run my own travel business, that really messed me up. In the future at least make sure the customers phone is up and running properly before moving them along the cattle line and out the store. Verizon is supposed to be the best service out there, your customer service should match the phone service. After going back to the store, Miles was great and got me the SIM card to get my phone working properly, and helped me set up my voicemail... How was I supposed to get the pin for that? no one told be how to set it up... I mean really Verizon, we aren't tech savvy people. I fill like that should be included with your activation fee, they sit on their phones when not helping others, what would have been the harm in helping a new customer get the phone running properly? I hope this is not indicative of what lies ahead with Verizon.

This store is not helpful and borderline rude. I bought a new phone from a non-corporate Verizon store, and I had to send back my old phone. That store could not do the return, so I was told I could either call and get a label, or bring it to the corporate store (this one). Since the other store was out of boxes, I decided to go to the corporate store. Before going over there, I did call Verizon, and they confirmed that I could drop it off there. When I arrived, the employees had no idea what I was talking about, refused to take the phone, and refused to even help me figure out what to do. They were a bit rude and condescending as well. I talked to Verizon phone support again, and they confirmed that I could take it to a corporate store, so these guys are either incompetent or just lazy and rude. I would suggest going anywhere else.

I switched to Verizon last December, and I'm very pleased with their service. I was able to get a plan with all the streaming services I wanted as well as all of the other benefits. I was also able to get a phone and an Apple watch on them.

Be wary of their different store hours! My first photo had their current hours. The store in Snellville has all of the tech they are selling and is very inviting. This location looks a lot more bare and even though it's a big space and not as many customers, I still had to wait an hour to be seen. The lady at the front was very polite and helped look into my account for an upgrade. Verizon still charges an activation fee, which is ridiculous with unlocked phones at much cheaper prices. Why are they still trying to wheedle money out of its customers for these things?!I was hoping to upgrade my 4 year old Note 9 with a Ultra 23, but their prices are still too high, with nothing more than a 1 year factory warranty! You can add on protection for a monthly fee, but we're talking about $18 a month! Even though I am eligible for an upgrade, the Ultra was $1200 and then add on the activation fee. Amazon sells it at $999 right now.The store was nice, but not inviting and the lady was very polite but there is only so much she can do with Verizon's set prices. I recommend buying your phone somewhere else, but if you need help with your bill, your plan or anything else, the lady at the store knows what she is doing!
