Very busy place,Pharmaceutical staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, even when volume is almost overwhelming. Walgreens should give them all a pay raise.

On Oct 31, I placed an SAME DAY pickup order for two 16x20 canvas. I was unable to pick them up the same day because of life circumstances. I arrived to the Walgreens Friday afternoon (Nov. 3rd) to see if they were done because I never received an email saying “completed”. They were NOT ready and haven’t been started on. The manager, Kenneth, said he gave “someone” a call to let them know they were out of the size I needed. I never received the call and informed him of that. He became annoyed from me trying to understand what happened with MY order. Kenneth then said we can fulfill it now. I then ask when will it be ready. He said tomorrow and walked off.I should been the one with an attitude not you, Kenneth. I gave them 3 EXTRA days to complete my order…. No you never called “someone” to let them know.I do not appreciate the customer service. Will not be returning.

I use Walgreens for 99 % of my Prescriptions / they are always on Point with being COURTESY , and offering to assist , I had need of some special help on 11/18/2023. had a prescription filled , could not make the CLOSING DEADLINE , The Pharmacist Because I needed the Anti - Biotic offered to drop it off to my Home ABOUT 2- MILES AWAY , WHEN SHE GOT OFF OF WORK , Wow, Wow , Wow, ABOVE AND BEYOND , THANKS SO MUCH A PEOPLE PERSON PERCY STEPP. /

I called about information on something I knew nothing about. The person who took my call was Ben and he was amazing. Ben took the time to help me and explain everything to me. He even read the instructions to me over the phone, which I didn't ask him to do. He just did it out of kindness. Thank you Ben for your patience and effort. Great experience. Walgreens he's a keeper!

Great pharmacy used to be extremely professional. Not anymore.Forget the rest of the store. Poorly staffed, terrible customer service. They really do not care for one’s business there.Suggest other stores for anything besides Rx.At this Walgreens the staff breaks come before customer service.Let me update, when one sends a Rx refill, and the app says it will be ready by 12:45 PM.Show up at 1:15PM, no knowledge from the pharmacy staff. The pharmacy tech tried to help, but the pharmacist is basically not helpful.“Come back after lunch break is the comment.”I think it maybe the pharmacist does not like me, or others.

Went in and when it was time to pay I asked for my cash rewards. Aubrey or Audrey was ignorant and wasnt a bit concerned in helping me. In fact she told me to go to photo register after she rang my 3 12 packs up. Had to insist on her getting someone to come show her. Even through all of that when she gave change, I said appreciate it and she just ignored me. Just a warm body pushing buttons on a register. However the young gentleman that came to assist was pleasant. Do better Walgreens

Horrible customer service. Tech was too worried repeating the same thing over and over to even listen to my actual question. Insurance company had to call the pharmacy directly to have issue resolved. Pharmacy tech was rude and condescending clearly she does not like customer service.

If it was possible to leave a no star review I absolutely would. I sat in the drive-through for 30 minutes waiting to pick up my free Covid tests. after finally being told to go inside and wait 3 to 5 minutes to get my tests I sat for another 30 minutes while they sat in a bag in front of me. I asked numerous times for my tests before they were finally given to me. extremely disappointed in the one hour of my wasted time due to poor service.

This walgreens is the absolute worst. Pharmacy closed on Sundays and customers service is pathetic. Save yourself the agony especially if you're sick, Dont send you scripts here
