I wish I had great things to say but it’s always a hassle with this pharmacy prices are always way off pharmacists have no empathy or compassion for their customers I called at 1:15 was on hold for 10minutes lady comes back on the phone screaming HELLO HELLO then hung up sounding like she slammed the phone down when I called back the machine says they are gone for lunch. I always feel rushed and unheard at this location I wouldn’t recommend this location for prescriptions.

I am gravely disappointed in this Walmart Pharmacy. It’s the Worst place to get prescription filled. They’re not concerned about your health; only what they can scam out of you. Prices are different every time I get a refill; pills count are not what they should be. One of my meds has dropped from 60 pills to 40 pills even though it should be for 60. When I inquired I was told that the meds was on back order and so they could not fill the 60. However my insurance company was billed for 60. This has been for the last 3 refills. And so my question is if you can fill for 40 pills for the last 3 months how is it that it is on back order. The staff always has some lame excuse. Never an honest answer to questions. Very poor service here. SMDH

Bad Customer Service at checkout, and the greeter or whatever, the lady at the entrance next to the subway, wants to stop anyone with a cart on their way out. "the Greeter is required to check the receipt, they just hum and scroll their finger down the receipt", and say "thankyou". Like some kind of authority treat you like a thief after you paid, just a PROP. like a hound at the entrance. This walmart treats shoppers like thieves. Additionally the Loss prevention shoppers following customers around, always feel like we're being watched.

Pharmacist, Ram, is amazing! Very kind and intelligent. Claudia and Diamond were also very kind and efficient. They all made my mother who was very nervous about getting vaccine feel so much better. Thank you all.

I was sadden that this particular Wal mart (Snellville Wal Mart at 1550 Scenic Highway in Georgia) store did NOT honor prices at ANOTHER WAL MART store that was only 8 miles away. Their excuse was it was an independent Wal Mart and that they can make up their own prices. Since when did Wal Mart become an independent and not a community store with competitive prices for the consumer? I will NOT shop at THAT Wal Mart and maybe others until all prices are in agreement within their chain.

I'm big on great customer service & BIG SMILES! I usually don't patronize Walmart due to personal reasons. But today I was looking for a particular item & Walmart carries it. I wish I could give this experience "0" stars ... this place is full of workers with LAZY MINDSETS. 1st: my daughter & I were in the furniture department for a good 15-30 minutes when "Devin" showed up . "Devin" showed up, turned around, & avoided us. My daughter got his attention & this guy literally gave every excuse in the book why he couldn't help us get the item & then gives me false information. "Devin" had the appropriate tools to help us but decided not to help! 2nd: We walked to the front of the store for assistance & none of the "workers" in this particular area had any knowledge or understanding about the "assembly card", how to ring up the furniture items, or whose suppose to assist me. So "Fitzroy" whose wearing a different colored vest because he's a "CSM", turned his head, shook his head, & mumbled under his breath ... I guess him assisting us would be under his "pay grade". "Fitzroy" stood there on his cell phone because he did not want to "work", although his job is to assist CUSTOMERS! Finally he walks to the back to get the item & walks back to the front with his lips poked out like he's pouting , left the basket next to us & walked away REAL QUICK! I'm truly puzzled & feel like I'm in the twilight zone! Nobody knows anything, the men don't want to assist women customers, & etc etc etc. 3rd: We wait & wait & wait for someone to assist us with getting some furniture in our car. I did not catch this particular guys name, but he was in lala land. I thanked him for helping us , but he needed a 2nd person to assist him, the box was heavy. 4th: I bypassed the Walmart that's closer to my home because I thought I would find more items at this Walmart. I did not find more items , but I did find LAZY MINDSET WORKERS! I think the manager needs to reevaluate his workers & some continuing education/training needs to happen! You have employees that have been working there for "15 years" but don't have a clue about what the store carries! I'm seriously in shock!
