When I visit Walmart Supercenter #3389 it always FAIL ME. YOUR BEST options is the Walmart in Lilburn on Lawreneville hwy and the Walmart on Rockbridge in Stone Mountain. Everything about this Walmart SUCKS:
NEVER STOCK, CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT IS DEPLORABLE, and ALWAYS DIRTY. THANKS FOR CONTINUING TO SERVICE THAT NEIGHBORHOOD in that manner. I guess those people must deserve it!!! Smh

The only thing I hate about Wally World is I go with my lists for 4 things, and I end up getting everything not on my list. Lol, then when I get home, I realize I have nothing in my list. It never fails

Some of the employees there need to a little nicer. I went their last week to get a dog chain. They had the AUDACITY to lock the dog chains in the pet section. They did not need to do that at all. I asked the employees to open the lock and get me a chain that I been. However, none of them did it because they didn’t have the keys to the pet section. They kept telling me excuses that they would get somebody to unlock it for you but they didn’t. Even the manager sucks. OMG. How hard is it to help a customer get what they need? Seriously. So I left the store.

It’s crazy how I go to the white area Walmart and they treat you better than your own kind. I have been accused of stealing at this Walmart twice and both times I walked out without the police being called. On July 8,2024 I go to Walmart to purchase food for my kids one manager saw me and my kids walking to a register and called the other manager over and told him to watch us out of all the people in that store we was singled out and I wasn’t even at a register yet we was walking to one. So to be accused of taking something like that is crazy. I see other reviews where customers has had the same issue at the same Walmart. Then when they see I didn’t take nothing nobody apologized or anything. Walmart will no long get a penny from me again. I don’t have this issue with Target, Publix, or any other store. I’m a shopper I go to stores everyday so yes people who work in those stores knows me by first name, but Walmart is a different story. I always have bad service at Centerville but the Walmart on Highway 78 give me better service. They even said that everybody comes to the Walmart on higway 78 complaining about their bad experiences with the Centerville Walmart. If the lady loss prevention officer at Centerville is the worst she stood behind me like I didn’t know who she was. She’s need to be fired to. They need to fire all the management in the front except for Coach D and start all over. F Centerville Walmart.

Not my favorite Walmart. The merchandise is usually on pallets instead of on shelves. Produce is never fully stocked. Only come here when I need to buy one ot two items. Need more staff and checkers
Update: They have improved with stocking the shelves. Was well stocked this time. Still need more checkers...majority of the store is self check out.

You have 2 'could care less' manning self checkout for Saturday closing. They roped off 3 of the 4 sections of self-chekout. The one section only has three registers open and a growing line. WTH? It's an hour til close and you're busy! To make it worse one of the 'could care less' staffers kept opening the rope to a closed off section like he was working a door at a club and pulling people from the back of the line that literally just walked up completely ignoring those of us STILL waiting at the front of the line. When I asked 'could care less' #2 why they were exercising such ignorance, he replied 'we're just trying to move the line.'..From the back and completely ignore the customers STILL waiting. Only at Walmart ?

I went to this Walmart to get a few pieces of every clothing to wear around he house. I was disappointed. I did fine a few pieces, but there weren't enough choices for plus sized women like Just My Size, for example. When I asked sales associates about plus sized clothing, they said what I'd seen was all they had. The customer service was a good inspire of limited choices.

I was at the self checkout.then all of a sudden this lady came to my registry and started using it did not identify herself.I said I'm using this one she stated oh you paid for the laundry detergent first? Now I wasn't finished paying for everything so I don't understand why she assumed I was stealing.she did not have on blue vest .then walked away ?
