1st time here, long wait time. 2 tellers, and I waited 20 minutes in line to be told by a teller that there is only 1 banker and I will have to wait til the banker is available. Wish wellsfargo will invest in a time waiting to let customers know how long the wait is or have someone stand by to let customers know. I walked in at 347 and left at 435. This branch is rated under 3 for a reasons and if the branch doesn't find this as an issue, I guess employees love working under the pressure of stress.

I have to say that the bankers here go above and beyond there job! And they do it with a smile one their face after a HORRIBLE experience with the branch on Main St Mr Abdul helped us more than he an even imagine he took his time to get us the statements that supposedly the banker on Main St couldn’t find! He went above and beyond to help us with what we needed! You can say that this will be our branch of choice from now on!!

Very slow service, please plan your whole day around one trip. No matter how small your transition is at least put away 1 hour or 2hours cause you never know. One teller and the rest is waiting for drive-thru customers. Would avoid at all costs

Its like worst service.I went there for deposit my cheque and i was in line 25 min caz of just 1lady providing service. And rest of teller they gossiping with each other.

The staff, especially banker Kimberly, extremely helpful. The bank is clean, very well kept.

I have spent the past two days calling several branches north of Atlanta and never once has the phone been answered. I live out of state therefore cannot go into the branch. What do I have to do to get someone on the phone?

The place is not equipped enough on a Friday check and deposit day. I waited 30 minutes in line with 1 teller. ONE TELLER. Ridiculous, I will not visit this branch again especially on a Friday and it’s less than a mile from my house

2nd time trying to sit and open an account. Both times were an inconvenience to their staff. They told me it takes an hour to open an account and they close 30 minutes from now. Do they want this business or what? Horrible training and customer service.

Ali was extremely rude! If u dont want to be professional especially being a teller at a bank you should find a different job. I was simply trying to make a deposit. I was told to wait until the drive thru clears then I’d be assisted. I asked for a manager and was told no manager was available. As soon as I asked Ali for her name she went to get the manager. He kindly assisted me. I stated to him I was going to call corporate and she said it didnt matter because it would only be a commercial complaint. It’s free to be nice to people! She should not be working at a bank with such horrible customer service skills. Successful Training is important. She was laughing to another teller asking if she was being rude and the teller said no as if I’d make this up and waste my time writing this review. I did reach out to the Executive office and they will be contacting me shortly.

I went to deposit coins that I have been collecting thinking that if I wanted to deposit it they would have a Machine that would be able to count it for them and make it easier. When I went in they told me that I would have to count it by hand and put it into rolls (which I have no clue how to do) so after a few minutes of back a forth with the lady up front another lady came up and told me that she will help me count them. I am very great full for her, at the end I had all the coins counted and it was deposited into my account.For something as common as a coin counting machine I feel like EVERY bank should have one! Especially if it’s wells fargo!
