Carrier lies about mail pickup!

Would not pick up mail from my mailbox. They took it out and threw it in my yard. Went to Post office to drop off and tried to ask if it there was a reason it was not being picked up, and if it needed something else (Small box, ancestry dna kit), women in the office would not even look at me, just told me to throw it in the drobox and find out.

Constantly loses mail then has an attitude every time you questions them and then talks to you like you beneath them smh never dealing with this place again had my mail sent to Athens I would rather drive 45 minutes away than deal with theses people

My driver delayed delivery of my package for several days due to a documented "Natural Disaster" ; having dogs that are inside a fence away from the driver is not "Inclement Weather or Natural Disaster"
