Would be a perfect review but I do not believe in perfect. Had a AC repair recently and they stood by their warranty after 10 months of the original red air. Picking up the car tomorrow free of charge. Good personal professional service.”

“I should had done a review since last year, but better late than never!. Our family just moved to springfield last year, I called a few places to schedule an oil change appointment. Everyone I've called did not stand out to me for some reason to the point that I was willing to drive back home an hour for service. But then I called Bashlor's and spoke with Hunter she asked if I could come the next day and I said yes!. When I got there, everyone was so nice and polite!. They all made me feel like I mattered and I felt right at home!. Hunter from front desk was amazing!. I know she is not there anymore, I sure miss her a lot where ever she is now they are lucky to have her. I don't remember all the mechanic names so I won't start naming them I don't want to miss anyone! but I can honestly say that, they are all equality nice! and they work fast!. Bashlor's is where I take both of my vehicles for service now. I know it is not a big fancy place! but they have come a long way since I have been going there. They are small but mighty!. So give them a chance you won't regret it!. Team Bashlor's for as long they are in business!.?”
