We’ve been going back and forth for almost 4 months now trying to get the title for a vehicle we purchased in cash! “We’re waiting for Carmax to send over the title.” “We’ll call the state.” I’ve heard enough.

Bought a suv 5 months ago said would have ac fixed took it in 2 months ago to see what they needed and it was there all day said they going to order part never did order it. took it back 3 months later thinking they had what they needed to fix it and still saying got to order a part and had it two days. They will not return calls or fix what they said. There word is no good

I thought I was getting an okay car for an okay price but I was wrong. I was sold a car with many issues which were "fixed" before I brought it home. One year later and I'm still having mechanical issues. They charged 28% interest rate to me when I was seventeen having no clue how bad of a rate that is. After I made about a month of payments they sold my loan to some sketchy company in Texas that has terrible customer service and charges $4.95 for each payment. The company they sold it to also doesn't report credit scores to the Bureau until after the loan is paid off and isn't FDIC or NCUA insured which makes it extremely difficult to refinance. Overall I think this business is only out for money without caring about their clients.

They sell your contract to a credit company. That's not good business at all. If that's the case they should just run your credit. But as far as the car I bought I got a fun little ride. No mechanical issues at all. Just needs a paint job. Cars do have high miles and are overpriced but I picked the cream of the crop.

Michelle is the best MG!Ive had 5 cars from them since they opened, yup been dealing with them for years lol, the cars not brand new, some may have a issue, but they work with you on payments and repairs. Wtbs ill see be by tomorrow 2 purchase 2 ;)
