This nail salon is absolutely terrible, the lady was rough, rude, she snatched my hands around and finished my nails in 15 minutes. she left paint all on the sides and didn’t give me the shape i asked for, I am telling you, just go somewhere else. simple short square nails and $50 wasted.

I've tried that nailshop out twice.And both times I had a issue with the man in there.He rude, rough & disrespectful..And the owner don't see a problem with it.Ill never go there again.They don't value they customers all they care about is the money‼️

I got fill on an overlay and half my nails are crooked. They are bulky, with bubbles. They apparently only carry one shade of acrylic which would have been nice to know upfront before filling them with a color that doesn’t match. For the icing, the length is not same from one hand to another. They would look better filling them at home with no experience then paying this shop

My nails were crooked. I asked for almond shape, and they gave me pointy and curvy nails. The customer service wasn’t great either. SP Nails is the place to go in Springfield for sure!

So I’ve been to this salon off and on for ten years. The last time I went, the guy glued my nails on at an angle, rather than flat and flush on my nail. One nail looked like the beak of a duck, no lie. I said something to him before acrylic was out on but was assured it would level out. I couldn’t stand it and went the next day to get it fixed. I was told it was my finger???♀️…and in order to keep my sanity, I walked out. I wish I could share the pictures of my nails. The glue was placed on all my natural nails first which I’ve never seen done before. I will not be backService: Acrylic nails

My nails look awful they are too thick and when I ask her to fix them she just told me it was my nail and it's not The case.... The service is terrible and they are rude. Waste of moneyService: Gel manicures
