I got a simple sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I watched the lady touch my food with NO GLOVES then I open it up and it looks like someone took a bite out of the biscuit. This place is ridiculous.

Pull into the Parkers in Springfield GA at 5:15am on my way to work to get a breakfast biscuit and a drink. Walk in, not a soul says anything. Get my drink and head to the food counter. No food. You would think they would have fresh food out at that time since people are headed for work. So, I order a biscuit on the kiosk (order #394). Get it a few minutes later and now I have to self-pay. Still not a soul says hello, kiss my hiney or anything. Leave the store and not one word from anyone. Talk about your customer service. Get in my car and head to work. I unwrapped my microwaved, old biscuit and take a bite and there is a six inch hair in my mouth. It's not mine because I'm bald. Might be a good idea to make sure your kitchen people wear hair nets. All in all, its par for the course lately at Parkers. No customer service, bad food and high prices and Google won't let me leave a zero star review or that would be what I would have left.

Self checkout is a joke. The employees are too busy with social hour to help. I stood there for at least 3 minutes needing help with nobody behind me in line and they ignored me. Left items at register and walked out. No more Parkers for me, no matter what location.

People stay away from this store, scam gas machines that charged credit card and cashier don’t issue credit for incorrect charges, cashier was extremely rude seems like she was only there for paycheck

I usually stop by the Guyton store in the early hours of the morning (before 0400) I would like to say that the night crew is great! especially the young gentleman named Gary, he often meets me at the door. Sometimes I will stay a few minutes just to chat, the overnight worker is excellent. I would like to thank this employee for allowing me to have such a great start to my day. Every time is an enjoyable experience.

Rude employees...did not want to help since they expected the touch screens was all needed..I can tell u I should have stopped at parkers in Rincon maybe service would have been better..Especially when u purchase gas and pay 21 dollars for 2 freaking catfish meals..Unreal..I hope parkers that comes to Augusta understands we expect more than what they offer in Springfield. Ga....Js
