People stay away from this store, scam gas machines that charged credit card and cashier don’t issue credit for incorrect charges, cashier was extremely rude seems like she was only there for paycheck

I usually stop by the Guyton store in the early hours of the morning (before 0400) I would like to say that the night crew is great! especially the young gentleman named Gary, he often meets me at the door. Sometimes I will stay a few minutes just to chat, the overnight worker is excellent. I would like to thank this employee for allowing me to have such a great start to my day. Every time is an enjoyable experience.

Rude employees...did not want to help since they expected the touch screens was all needed..I can tell u I should have stopped at parkers in Rincon maybe service would have been better..Especially when u purchase gas and pay 21 dollars for 2 freaking catfish meals..Unreal..I hope parkers that comes to Augusta understands we expect more than what they offer in Springfield. Ga....Js

Mr. Parker,Why can you not correct the issue with pumps not accepting my Parkers Card so that I may complete my transaction at the pump at YOUR Springfield location? This has been an issue for many months. Happening on 301 Bypass in Statesboro as well.. How do you justify building all of YOUR new locations, but can not properly maintain stores already established? ANSWERS PLEASE!

Just stopped in for our last visit!We normally drop in when traveling, it’s our favorite thing to do! Well WAS!Fill up box used to be $5 now it’s $10 which is laughable for the amount of food you don’t get and the quality of food it’s not there anymore!Tater logs are TERRIBLE, dry, brittle, overcooked, over breaded and the potatoes were black. Chicken tenders were old.Such a waste of money.I’m very disappointed- there were approximately 6-8 employeesNo one spoke they just hung out around behind the register talking to each other, oh and we had to do self check out… it’s really a pitiful operation all the way around.We won’t be back… buc-ees it is!

I put 1 star bc I had to to write review. The kitchen is THE WORST. 8:00 am I ordered a biscuit with gravy, that biscuit was as hard as the bricks the store is built with & NOBODY tried to make it right or refund my money, they ignored me. I will NEVER go back for food or gas ever again. Parkers in Springfield GA SUCKS. I probably will never go to Parkers again, Enmark is across the road with friendly employees & better food

It's 1130 pm 6/7/23 I go in ask for my brand cigarettes and the attitude I got from the cashier almost made me walk out. Worse absolutely by far worse customer service experience ever. If you don't like your job quit don't take it out on us the customer.

Every time my son brings me breakfast either the biscuits are so hard you can't even stick a fork in them and the fish are soggy from being laid in the grits.

The employee working this morning was so rude. Parker’s needs to start having some sort of hiring process that involves people who actually know how to provide customer service. Or at least teach them to smile.

The quality of Parker’s has diminished over the years. The quality of the deli food has dropped. I was just severed the driest biscuit of my life along with half of the food I ordered wasn’t event cooked and I was going to have to wait 10 mins for my food. It’s a shame because your chicken tenders used to be S tier.

Almost every time we try to get breakfast there, they are very slow, food is all over the container it's in. Just plain sloppy. They take up most of the food 15 to 20 minutes before breakfast time is over, so you can't see what is available. You don't know until they start to fix it, if you can actually get what you ordered. The kitchen staff isn't very friendly. I would rather sit down at Huddle House or Waffle House so I know I can get what I want. This was Parker's in Guyton.

The club card hasn't worked at the Springfield location in over a month, and it is a real inconvenience to try and guess how much gas it will take to fill up. And if I swipe my debit, and put my phone # in, it will not give me my discount. I guess I'll soon start going to Enmarket across the road.

Gas pumps were out of order. The clerk inside got it fixed and I got has
