Worst bank i have had to deal with there is always an issue where I try to use my card but is rejected saying rong pin I know my pin by heart, and when I need to to call I can't ever get a hold of someone. Whenever I buy things with my card, it's always flaged as suspicious activity and my card gets turned off I'm just trying to buy groceries.

If I cannot reach my local bank on the phone, but then have to wait for someone with an Indian accent who answered the local number to "help"me, if I then drive to my bank only to hear they are understaffed and cannot help me, if they then give me the name of someone who can help me, but she's not in the office right now, and I leave a message for her to call, but then she doesn't, I don't need that bank. Wake up Renasant.
