The service department staff was very prompt diagnosing my vehicle issues, and ordering the part to fix it. I'm waiting for the part to arrive at the dealership, and then hopefully will have my vehicle repaired in a timely manner. They have been very friendly professional, and have kept me updated.

Technician verified my complaint but could not find possible coolant leak. Said coolant tank was slightly overfilled and that was possibly the reason for coolant spillage. Adjusted level and advised to keep an eye on level. So far no issues. Advisor did a great job at keeping me informed. A+ for all involved.

Service was very well done! My vehicle is running great after a water pump replacement. Only thing that knocked a star off was they didn't communicate well. It took 8 days for my service (including a weekend) and the only times I received an update was when I reached out to them. The link to check progress didn't work well, and the AI assistance on the calls is kind of annoying. All in all my vehicle is back on the road.

Very solid team. If they have what you need, they’ll help make sure it’s ready to go. Truck I bought had some minor issue that kept popping up and they made sure to fix it and apologize for the wait. But can’t complain. I’d at her wait for a ready vehicle than one with issue.

Scheduled my service and tire rotation appointment online. Car hasn't been driven regularly and I saw the check engine light was on. Mentioned this to Brandy, service advisor, and she said a second appointment would need to be scheduled for diagnostics to be done. I agreed to set up a day/time to do this. Work was completed with no additional maintenance needed. Car has 216K miles and all service has been done at Southern/Springfield CDJR. Thank you.
