This was my first time buying a car and they made it so easy. The first day I was interested I applied online and they called me that same day. I went up that same day for a test drive and they had the car ready when I got there. I would definitely come back for another car and recommend to all my friends and family.

We’re from Jacksonville Fl, and found the perfect Grand Cherokee here at Springfield Jeep online. We negotiated over the internet, and took delivery Halloween night! The whole process from start to finish was awesome! Our sales representative, Jeffery is a true professional, and the management staff was excellent! We couldn’t have asked for more.Kudos to a job well done!

I’ve been bringing my Jeep here for service and repairs since moving to the area in 2015. The service staff are efficient and friendly. I know I’m a paying customer, but to be made to feel like ‘family’ is an aspect to customer service that is sorely lacking in business today. The repair I needed was reasonably priced and stayed fixed. Service techs are generally efficient and quick. I only had one issue over the last three years: a lost wheel lug lock. No one, not even the tech, tried to shirk responsibility. A new one was ordered the same day. As it happened, the original was found in the service bay and returned. As a customer service professional in a different industry, I recognize when the customer is the priority in the business. It’s simple: say what you’re going to do, competently do what you say you’ll do, and do it at a competitive price. Thus far, those three principles are a reality in your establishment and the reason why I am a repeat customer. And no, I don’t want to sell my Wrangler! ?Update: this is my fifth year using Southern Motors and I continue to receive consistent quality service both at the service desk and from services performed. For as long as I live in the area, Southern Motors will be my go-to for maintenance and repairs. If I were going to offer any suggestion, and it’s minor, it would be to make a standard pass through vehicle wash an integral part of service. It’s a value added component that really goes a long way.One key thing to mention is no one has ever tried to upsell anything to me at Southern Motors. They make suggestions when needed, but don’t use sales tactics to sell unnecessary services. Every single time I take my F250 to the Ford dealership, I’m bombarded with upsell tactics. It’s annoying to say the least. Thanks folks. You can but advertisement slots in the market, but you can’t buy customers’ word of mouth recommendations; ya gotta earn that. You do.Update: targeted for unneeded repairs. Was told the rotors and pads on my truck needed replacing as a safety item and had to sign a form indicating I’d been told about them. Got the truck home and did a thorough inspection of the pads and rotors. The rotors looked brand new with absolutely no grooving. Pads had better than 50% remaining material. I brought this to the attention of the service manager and she set up a meeting with the tech that wrote the ticket. He insisted he was not saying the rotors were worn, but that the cooling fins between the surfaces were so rusted they would likely cause the rotor to overheat. Horse hockey! There was NO accumulated rust in those areas on any of the four discs. This was a scam from start to finish. Sad, because my first impression of this business was exceptional. Now they’ve been relegated to the status of scheisters and an establishment to be avoided. Upselling is their, and any service department’s, game. I get that and it’s easy to ignore. But tying a recommended repair to safety when there is NO issue, then lying to my face about it when you’re called to explain; nope.

I didn’t go in planning to purchase a vehicle but they gave me such a great deal, that I couldn’t turn it down. I really enjoyed getting to know Jeffrey and all the help to get me in my car from everyone there. I will definitely go back in the future.

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!! KEEP YOUR WALLET IN YOUR FRONT POCKET!!!! This dealership is dragging good people in their dealership with a mail out scam!!! We called before we drove a hour into their dealership and we were told we won a 2400 buck gas card but when we got in we were told we won a 3 day vacation valued at $2500. We were given a brochure that identified these locations but no listing of hotels or pictures!!! When we read their reviews, it was horrible!!! This was not orchestrated by one person!!! This is a very deceitful way to try to sell vehicles!!! I went back to our post office and found more flyers on the table, all winners!!! They are going to be reported to the FTC!!! To your response, YOU CAN DISCUSS IT WITH THE FTC AND THE LOCAL MEDIA!!! UPDATE:: Yo Scottie, FTC IS IN RECEIPT OF FORMAL CHARGES!!!

David Morgan, sales associate, did all the right things in selling me my brand new Ram Longhorn. The whole Southern Motors Team bent over backwards to welcome me, answer my questions and lend suggestions. Never have experienced a better dealership AND it is right here in Springfield, GA. Win-Win….

I’m really satisfied! I love my truck and a big thanks to the mechanic James and service manager Mrs. Brandy! Communication was on point! If I needed an important part for my truck to make my lift kit work they told me. They were awesome. Over all 12 out of 10! They both deserve a pay raise!!!!

Came for an oil change and tire rotation. Rotation couldn’t be done due to swollen lug nuts. But I was in & out in less than hour. Also got new wiper blades as requested.

I came to have my Jeep inspected as the check engine light was on. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman or they were trying to sell me a new Jeep. However, my husband was a tank mechanic in the marines and was absolutely insulted by the 12,000 quote yes 12,000 quote I received to fix my jeep. No, not for a new engine or transmission, but for the following: 4,100 for a catal converter, 1,520 for a break job, 400 for 02 sensors, 1,400 for a drive shaft. Stated the valve covers were leaking oil, but when my husband got under the jeep there was not a drop of oil on them. Stated U joint was worn so I needed a new drive shift, but I don't have a u joint, I have a CV joint and the jeep runs fine. I recently took drove the jeep to Myrtle Beach with no issues. Yes, an 02 sensor needs replaced and the back breaks need to be replaced. That is all he found wrong. After looking at the prices for these parts online we could do everything ourselves listed on their quote for 1,100. NOT 12,000. I was scared when I left because they made me sign a waiver that my jeep was unsafe. My husband was appalled and I know he wouldn't let me drive an unsafe vehicle. I understand a business needs to make money and I only took it in because my husband is very busy with work, but we refuse to be taken as fools so he will fix the jeep. I will never take a vehicle there again after paying 150.00 to be lied to.
