Extremely professional and polite-a pleasure to deal with. I had many questions about replacement of the gas logs/system in our home and the office was prompt and courteous with scheduling and arrival times for consultation. Upon arrival, Harvey-our service technician, took the time to explain what system would be correct for our needs and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We have dealt with other companies in the area -and did not receive the same level of service. If you need service-this is a fantastic company to work with.

Called at 8:30 AM to see if I could get a delivery. Was told I would get a call back soon. I called back at noon to check the status. Was told there would be $150 fee for off route delivery plus cost of propane. Asked what time they were coming again and they couldn’t provide me a time. Told them to cancel and that it was poor customer service to hide costs and not call back customers. Was told to have a nice day

Bought a place and the previous owner said to use this company. Went in to the office/store TWO times to ask for them to come to fill up my tank and put on an extra hose so I could connect my grill to the big bottle. It's been over 2 months. Glad it is not January and needing to stay warm... Must be nice to have enough business you don't need any more
