Mackenzie is the best - very knowledgeable, very professional, very personable. Overall a pleasant buying experience. Zane listened and understood my issues with my phone and presented me with appropriate options. Both are keepers. 1000% better than the corporate Verizon stores.

I am so glad the Springfield store is available for sales and support as I live in Springfield! The two girls working in their are the best (sorry I don't remember names)! My experience was absolutely delightful! And, I LOVE my new Google Pixel 9 pro!

I visited the Verizon store in Springfield today, dreading having to get a new phone.
I was immediately greeted by Chris, who was very helpful. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the products, upgrades, and discounts I could receive. In no time, I had my new phone, and the extras I would need, chargers, case, screen protector, etc.
He made sure everything was good to go, even made sure it all synced with my vehicle!
This was the best experience I’ve ever had at Verizon. I definitely recommend their location, and Chris!
