Catt at FreeUp Storage in St. Mary's is an absolute all-star. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, courteous, and attentive to all my needs. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the business and all the paperwork, and procedures making a potentially stressful process completely seamless. The store itself was spotless, which, combined with Catt's professionalism, made me feel confident that renting a unit here would be stress free and well maintained . I highly recommend FreeUp Storage, and especially Catt, for her exceptional customer service.

I first was so happy to find a reasonable storage place, then new owners. The price went from $174 to $194 to $243 in less than 2-3 mths. I would not recommend them to any one. Access to unit has a step up that's hard to get over. They frequently changed the code making it hard to enter. They also installed a big screen service to a call center to access the facility in the end, I guess to pick up the cost of the automated system & call center. What was once a same city storage became a expensive nightmare.
