Most recently, I had an out of town client needing repairs before closing. They were prompt and efficient. Then on the day of closing, another issue unexpectedly arose. Even though it was not scheduled, they adjusted their day and came out as quickly as possible to make it right.

After speaking with Rich had said that it was not ready till Monday. He then explained that he would go ahead and deliver it tonight since that was what was promised.
