Awesome people! I came in and they asked what they could help me with. Elle assisted me and helped me to find everything I needed. She even helped me put in my new air filter and windshield wipers woth such a fun and positive vibe!

On April 9th, 2024 my girlfriend and myself were traveling from Florida to western New York when our AC quit working so we stopped at AutoZone in St. Marys, Ga. The associates at the store were extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem. Although it ended up being a major repair I would like to thank the people at the St. Marys AutoZone for there excellent advise and assistance. Thanks again, Richard C.

So I was on the way to Florida from south Carolina when my caliper flew off on the highway I went to the closest Autozone because let’s just say I have eight different accounts. I come from a family of mechanics and this is all irrelevant but point is one could say we have spent enough and I have been to many different auto stores for parts. But out of all the years I have never felt the need to show my generosity and feed them to show them how much of a good job not only Jarel does but the two other individuals are amazing, they also have quite the staff from what I met. Not only did they have the part I had to do the job right there and they allowed me too. So I can get home. They were super respectful asked if I needed anything and they were constantly trying to help. My phone was dead not only did he charge it he got everything I would need not only out of experience but knowledge. I did not have to tell him what I need. Everytime I go into a Autozone in Florida I just give them a part number because unfortunately there is not enough Jarel’s in the world. I had asked him how he liked his job and he gave me a run down brief but enough to make me a little upset. Someone that tries to please customers, knows his job, willing to go that extra mile should be nothing less then a manager. He cares enough about the people and job. So do I that’s why I left a set of wrenches to share the same experience I did. I wanted to send this to there “how did we do” unfortunately I tried and if you are reading this jarel my name is on here if you ever come to Florida and need help finding the fish. Can’t thank you enough and unfortunately actions speak louder then words.
