Great experience. Went in to upgrade my phone to a moto stylus 2023 and the women working their were so friendly and welcoming. Idr all their names right now,but jaylynn was great and Octavia. I hope they stick around for the next time I need something up there.

I'm in GA from Mo for my husband's job and I can say hands down this is the BEST CRICKET LOCATION EVER!! These ladies are Top Knotch in customer care and knowledge about the plans and devices! I couldn't be happier with my most recent visit to upgrade!! If you don't have Cricket yet you must go see them and if you are already a customer I would suggest you don't going to this location because they are absolute Rockstars!!! Thanks again ladies I love my new phone!! ?❤️

I've only visited this store 3X and every time I left disappointed, this last time was just a few days ago and all I needed was to have my calls forwarded to a different phone. I didn't even make it to the back of the store and the girl shut me down saying, "We can't do that here." She then lied and stated that Cricket Wireless doesn't offer that service...needless to say I ended up calling the 1-800-CRICKET number and they did EXACTLY THAT!
