I wish I had never walked into this place. They're so dishonest with their services and charges. Nothing more displeasing than dealing with the overinflated ego of the so called "bilingual manager" of this place.

I have taken my dog to this vet for the past year and a half so I wasn't a new patient. When making an appointment make sure the person on the phone has all the information. I came in for a $50 nail trim and ear clean and after I got there I was told bc my dog was due for shots the appointment would be $269. I asked what was required and what was optional - I then agree to do just the rabies so she could get her nails cut and ears cleaned. The doctor is required to give the shot so they then tried to charge me an $84 exam fee. There wasn't an exam preformed when I say the doctor was in the room for less then 60 seconds I'm not kidding, when I questioned this I was told by law bc the doctor has to give the shot so they have to charge you an exam fee which isn't true. Yes it's true the doctor has to deliver the shot but they are not required to charge you an exam fee!! They then took $20 off to appease me so for a $25 nail trim, $29 ear clean and a $22 rabies shot my total was $145 (after the oh so gracious discount). Ridiculous, I will NEVER come back. Again if I'm going to pay for an exam then one should have been given!

Wish I could give a ZERO rating. I took my sick dog there hoping that they could help her. However, the person at the front desk who later identified herself as the manager was so RUDE and condescending. Not only did they not help my dog, I had to scramble to find another place that would. I hope that nobody has to ever go through that during such a trying time like I did.

Very dishonest and worse customer experience I've ever had in my entire life. The quote was actually different than what they had given me over the phone. They were very rough with my small dog too.

This is the most dishonest & unprofessional place I have ever been to. Management is EXTREMELY DEFENSIVE and ARGUMENTATIVE. Among other things, they did the same labs twice and charged me twice. I was asking questions trying to understand why the HUGE difference between quotes and actual charges. The office manager has to be the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. Too bad bcz We REALLY liked the Dr here but the manager told us she would not allow the Dr to perform services because we said we can't trust management. I'm telling all my friends, neighbors and acquaintances so they don't go here to get a tongue lashing.

Well I'm not sure how to say this in the nicest way. But Bella was serviced on Monday Jan 23rd for a check up due to not walking or wanting to get up at all.. it took the Vet 3 mins to say it was just arthritis gave her some "samples" and something else for the pain that was supposed to be "samples" paid over $120.. then on Tuesday the 24th she wasn't any better and we had to take her to the ER and had to put her down due to internal bleeding. Her temperature at the ER was 98 Degrees.. Thanks for nothing. Hope y'all feel good about the practice y'all have!!!!

If you need a Dr. for your fur kids in Camden County this is the place to go. Dr. Diaz and her staff are just fabulous, and they treat you and your fur kids as if you were a member of their family. Never do they try to up sell you into food, supplements, items like that. As for the care it is top notch, and they care an awful lot. We had an issue with glaucoma, and they recommended a course of treatment that was extremely reasonable. Not knowing our financial condition, the Dr. advised us of a plethora of treatment options. Finally, I asked the Dr. if she'd like for us to see an Optometrist yes, they have them for fur kids. She said yes but, the cost may be aggressive. I'll address that in another review because they weren't at all. We take all of our kids to these fine folks because we know they love animals and just want to help them live long and healthy lives.

So this is Camden veterinary clinc second Google listing to hide from Google bad reviews. Each vet reviews talks about lying and not performing the procedure but still charges. This feels like a similar process to hide from previous business review. Receptionist was kind and sounded fine but zero confidence in choosing them after learning they are in fact Camden Veterinary Clinic.

We had a true serious emergency today with our dog (late on a Friday) and every vet in town was unable to see us. Dr. Diaz was also fully booked but made time to see us anyways. So very thankful for taking such great care of our girl. We will be back for all future care. Thanks again!

Dr.Diaz and her staff have even taking care of our fur babies for more than 10 years. They are professional and caring. They understand that our pets are like children to us. When it was time for one of our seniors to cross the rainbow bridge, their compassion shined through.
