“Gotta give a special shout out to the Starbucks crew. I so wish I was better at getting names, but every experience I’ve had there has been top notch. Like, they go above and beyond to be super helpful and kind! I am not even a Starbucks person…..usually my son and I stop in to get a cold drink for the ride home (which we could probably just get at the checkout, but now I truly have grown to love this ritual). So I’m not talking complicated beverages…it’s just the pleasantness for me. It’s always supremely touching and sincerely appreciated.”

“I had the best experience with them I had a delivery that was scheduled for today. I had called since I had not gotten a call that day. After speaking with Rich had said that it was not ready till Monday. He then explained that he would go ahead and deliver it tonight since that was what was promised. I was so happy that even though he had to deliver after hours it was delivered tonight! He went above and beyond and and I am a very happy customer. Thank you Rich.”
