“Gotta give a special shout out to the Starbucks crew. I so wish I was better at getting names, but every experience I’ve had there has been top notch. Like, they go above and beyond to be super helpful and kind! I am not even a Starbucks person…..usually my son and I stop in to get a cold drink for the ride home (which we could probably just get at the checkout, but now I truly have grown to love this ritual). So I’m not talking complicated beverages…it’s just the pleasantness for me. It’s always supremely touching and sincerely appreciated.”

“I am so glad I found Cricket Wireless when I had a problem with my cell phone while here on vacation! Chris was so sympathetic and helpful although he knew this was not likely to be a sales situation. He patiently and calmly addressed the frozen phone crisis while cautioning that he might not be able to solve the problem. After speaking with Rich had said that it was not ready till Monday. He then explained that he would go ahead and deliver it tonight since that was what was promised.
