They bought Metro PCS but they cannot help their customers and they said, you're eligible for an upgrade but there will be no specials or discounts which mind you I had EARNED. just sad, why buy a company just to mistreat their customers. Hopefully it will get better soon”
“Finally decided to break down and replace my iPhone 12 with the iPhone 15. Came into the store and the representative was working diligently to help the customer ahead of me. I didn’t have to wait long. Gabriel was helpful about my options and made the transfer so simple and seamless. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Walked in with my old phone and left with a new one and don’t feel like I had to start over. Love my phone and haven’t had any issues. Thank you, Gabriel!”

I am experiencing some challenges with the efficiency of phone call response within the guest services department. It is concerning that there seems to be a lack of accountability for errors made by staff members, which ultimately impacts the customer experience. I would appreciate a more proactive approach to addressing issues rather than a default response of "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do." Feedback on improving communication and problem-solving strategies would be beneficial. Thank you.”

“I had the best experience with them I had a delivery that was scheduled for today. I had called since I had not gotten a call that day. After speaking with Rich had said that it was not ready till Monday. He then explained that he would go ahead and deliver it tonight since that was what was promised. I was so happy that even though he had to deliver after hours it was delivered tonight! He went above and beyond and and I am a very happy customer. Thank you Rich.”
