Wouldn't accept a return of a pop/T-shirt combo box, due to not accepting clothing returns. The box was literally still shrink wrapped and sealed, never opened, and had a GameStop exclusive sticker. This is ridiculous.

I saw a Playstation Portable on the counter behind the clerk and out loud said "I could get that if I really wanted to." She looked and me and the item and said "from where?".Like it wasn't for sale. She was a bit rude, and instead could've told me it was an online order because I heard her say that to the other clerk. And then wanted to correct me how it's used when I got full information from playstation of what it can do and call whoever told me that a liar.I currently work at another gamestop in Florida and this woman wasn't very professional.I hope next time I visit she's has a better attitude.

I would give a one star except the white girl that works here is the only one that makes the experience positive. Ill edit and add her name as well as verify the other two employees names later. But she is knowledgeable and friendly. But every time we have went in this location and shes not working the customer service and experience are horrible. There is a black girl that works here (name may be jordan). She makes every interaction like getting a root canal. Then she barely knows the stores policys and is constantly getting corrected by the other employees. Today my wife and son went in to trade some games and remotes. Jordan and the manager insinuated that since one of the games we had was still wrapped in plastic we may have stolen it. My son bought the game as a buy one get one free promotion about a week ago from this store. My son had looked the game up online and decided he wouldnt like it so he never opened it and wanted to trade it instead. Again was like pulling teeth. First they were refusing to take it. Then finally they looked up the game on our account to prove we had bought it. Which they could have done the whole time instead of being insulting. Work on your customer service please!

The assistant store leader Alicia has very poor customer service skills, I’ll prolly avoid going into the store when she’s there. The rest of the employees are great tho

Customer service was on point. Membership perks are off the charts. The clearance deals were amazing. Just do a quick price check on the games for price matching.

Called ahead checked to see if product was there, also checked to see when the store closed was told 8 p.m.. I drove 45 minutes to be at the door at 7:30 to have no one answer the phone and the door be locked.... Lights are on but no one visible or answering phones.... Why tell people your hours when asked if your not going to be there..... Guess game over right down the road will be getting some buisness

Like all gamestop locations, the quality of your visit varies a lot. However typically the employees are helpful and will help you find what you're looking for.If you're looking for older games, they have an alright selection, you just have to ask :)

I went in to preorder the new pokemon game that comes out tomorrow. I paid with cash and asked to get it digitally, I explained that I wouldn't be able to come in on release day nor the midnight release, and this was my only chance to get the game. They told me that by today, I should have the digital code in my email. Well, no email came, so I gave a call. A different employee picked up the phone, I explained the situation, I was told I would have to come in. To get a digital code that SHOULD have gone to my email. The receipt says my pre-order will be cancelled if not picked up in 48 hours, but I wouldn't be able to come in in the next 4 days, so they would more than likely cancel my preorder. No clue what they're going to do to give me my money back, hopefully not through credit. I've nearly had it with this location, they never have the newly released things, constantly being told 1 thing then another within the next few hours.I called corporate an waited nearly an hour on call to try to talk to them about my problem, the lady on the phone said I should get the code within email in the next 48 hours after the game releases. So, now I'm being told 3 different things at this point. I'm feeling very disappointed with this experience. I don't think GameStop will be my go-to anymore at this point.

The DM isn't much better than the old one. GameStop hires his type because they are trying to make folks want them to go bankrupt.

Getting lame and useless. Would prefer to online purchase games than deal with these high school drop outs. Looking forward to it closing.

Came back from deployment to pick up my collectors game I pre-ordered come to find they sold it. Upset and nervous I had to cancel, Bradley swiftly found a solution and even helped me get the edition I wanted! I appreciate the hard work he put it to resolve the issue.
