Tried to go to this store on a Tuesday at 5pm and it's closed, door locked lights out. Says they should be open. Called and got the electronic answering service saying that all Associates are busy dealing with customers! I think not! Lol

This specific store is not the best place to frequent. There were pretty low stocked however, sometimes that’s to be expected and understandable. The “manager” today was extremely rude. I walked in with my son and was not greeted which isn’t always a big deal, but even after I spoke, we were ignored. He did hear me, because I looked him in his eyes when I spoke. Once the lady that that was at the register was assisted, I was not offered any assistance, I’m independent with product selection however, that customer service is normal, so he was intentional in his demeanor. I made a selection of protein and placed it on the counter and he, in a very low and rude tone said, “what’s the phone number?” I’m not sensitive to these nuances however, it was very obvious that he was annoyed and almost angry about me and my son’s presence. I asked if he was the manager, and he confirmed. I picked up my son and left. We all have bad days and tend to be tired, but when you’re in customer service, it took more energy to act the way he did than to just be somewhat courteous.

shelves are mostly empty and when i was trying to checkout out at the counter in front of the register where the lady was standing. Actively ignored me while she was talking on her phone about her house having black mold and what not. Clearly they just gave up at this location...

Do not go to this GNC. The minute I walked in the staff member told me to check the expiration dates on the products I was buying because half of their stuff was expired. He also went on to tell me about the lack of management at this specific GNC. Not sure why they even have expired items on their shelves.

During one visit here I was stopped abruptly at the door by a Sales Person who implied that I had to wear a mask before entering the store (likely a sales tactic to get me to buy one of the masks they have on display at front counter). Luckily, I had a mask in my car. Upon my most recent visit I was serviced by the same Sales Person-- who himself was not wearing a mask! I was very annoyed by the inconsistency. That, plus, I know what I want when I come there...don't try to sell me anything else.

Evert time I come here they are temporary closed for some reason. Note on door today says will reopen shortly. Its out of my way to come here. And then they aren't open the hrs the website says. Really passing me off.

Horrible experience every time I have been here...Young people with zero sense seems to be the hiring model here. Shame as I have remained a gnc customer for a long time. Time to order online like everyone else. Adios Amigos

I didn't go in there recently. 2 years ago They had good selection. I have never purchased anything. Pretty pricey considering I could go 1 minute away in the same shopping center and buy some products for 35% less. Nice staff and store though.
