My engagement/ wedding ring broke, and they solder and redipped my ring in half the time and price than another certain competitor next to Publix ? very quick and to the point and very sweet staff!

Huge thank you to this company and to Shelby for being courteous and helpful.I took my necklace in due to a link breaking. They fixed it. A week later a link broke again. I wasn't sure if it was the same link or a different one. So I took it back to them. They were gracious enough with their business to repair the link for free.Shelby was very helpful, kind, and professional. The other staff were just as cheery upon entrance. The store is clean and smells good. I appreciated my 2 interactions.Needless to say I'm purchasing a new necklace from J Green & Company and Shelby is going to help.T

I just came in to get a quote to replace a missing diamond from a pair of earrings. Apparently they don't even have an in house jeweler because I was told they would have to send my earrings all the way up to way across to even get a quote and I wouldn't have a quote for a couple of days. I have never heard of such a thing. It's almost like they specifically chased my business away. Who wants to wait to find out the price to fix a beloved jewelry item? You want me to put my diamond jewelry in your hands to send away from your store before I even have a price to fix it? We just moved here and I'm glad to know this about this place now because they will not be our family jeweler.

My 8 year old daughter got her ears pierced here today. The entire staff was incredibly sweet and kind. They made her feel comfortable even though she was scared! I would highly recommend.

All was good in the beginning. I purchased a christening necklace for my niece and all was great, sales person was patient and helped me look through all my options.. Next I decided to get a new band for a watch. Which after 3 plus months of waiting never came in. They said it was back ordered, (not their fault). However I did not appreciate that each time I would call for an update, I was told I would get a call back and never did ( happened at least 3x's).Well finally just asked for a refund and the watch back..when we came back in for the refund, they acted as we were in inconvience, even after we said we just wanted to put the balance towards a new watch. We did end up getting a new watch,but sales person was less than interested in the transaction..(didn't even ask about our needs )Not to mention that when I asked about getting ring " redipped" I was advised by multiple employes, that it would be done same day. Then when I went in to get it done they acted as I was being difficult for expecting it done same day. It's unfortunate as we wanted to purchase more jewelry, but will have to elsewhere..
