My Experience At This Location Was Amazing Mrs Yolanda Riley Really Did Her Thing Once Again. I Would Really Be Proud To Have Her On My Team. Customer Service On Point, Friendly, And Professional. She Helped And Listen To All My Needs And Made Sure Before I Left That I Was Happy. I Would Recommend The World To Her Because if U Want Someone Professional, Fast, And Easy To Talk To U Would Go To Her Too. I Wouldn't Choose Nobody Else To Do My Taxes Ever. Cuz She A Pro At The Hard Work She Do. Thanks Again Mrs Riley Praying U Don't Retire No Times Soon.

I engaged J.H. in St. Marys for my 2021 tax year, due to having sold a home, which was a tax situation I wasn't comfortable dealing with on my own.Long story short, they neglected to submit a required schedule with the submission of my tax return, and a year later, I got a nasty-gram in the mail from the IRS, telling me the sale of my home wasn't disclosed!I went back to J.H., where Bonnie (after complaining about having to drive 17 miles to the office, and complaining about how slow the computers at the location were) went over my return, and said they were correct, and that there's nothing they can do for me, because I didn't buy their pricey insurance option. Wait. Isn't that why I paid you 'professionals' a good sum of money? For your purported expertise in tax preparation? If a professional tax preparer prepares my return, why, prey tell, would I need to buy insurance?Hindsight is 20/20, but I could've done the returns myself, saved the couple hundred bucks that I paid J.H., and then still would've wound up paying a local CPA to fix their mistake. What a terrible experience all around. Be very wary if you go to them for any out of the ordinary tax situation. You may wind up getting a notice from the IRS like I did and spending needless extra money like I did.

This experience with Jackson Hewitt has been great. My usual tax adjuster was unable to do my taxes. I was a walk into your business. They took me right away. They explained every process. I was very happy with the experience. I will be a return customer next year.

Clifford was amazing and very helpful throughout our return filing. Ms. Bonnie was gracious to arrange her schedule so that Clifford was able to take us instead of us having to wait beings we were a walk in.

I have filed with Jackson Hewitt for over 20 years. I went back to Jackson Hewitt 2 yrs ago. I have worked with some great people at Jackson Hewitt. However, there’s one that needs customer service training. Bonnie has no communicating skills when communicating with people. She’s rude and have no patience. She thinks she knows everything. I have let it slid 3 times since going to that office. I will ask for someone else when doing my taxes

My experience with Clifford Davenport was awesome every time cause he handled our tax with ease and it didn’t take long. He went through every page with such accuracy. Thank you for such an great experience. He had to file over 5 states and 2 business. Didn’t take long at all for us.

I have used JH for years & no problems until this year. This year has been the worst experience. Next year I’ll be looking for someone new to do my taxes who explains everything thoroughly.
