LabCorp has received mixed reviews from its customers, highlighting both positive and negative experiences. Many patients have noted the friendly demeanor of the staff, with specific praise for individuals who were professional and efficient in drawing blood. However, there are concerns about staffing levels, as several reviewers mentioned that only one person was managing check-ins and lab work, leading to delays and a feeling of being rushed. Some patients expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of care, reporting painful experiences during blood draws and inadequate follow-up on bleeding issues. The inconsistency in staff, with new employees frequently working, has also been a point of frustration, as it affects the level of service provided. Additionally, the operating hours have been criticized, with suggestions for extending them to accommodate more patients. While many found the staff nice, there were mentions of a few rude interactions that detracted from the overall experience. Overall, LabCorp's service quality seems to vary significantly depending on the staff available during a patient’s visit.
I arrived at 6:40 am thinking they opened at 6:30 am. Thank God Anna was the person opening the door because she was super nice and let me come into the waiting area. She was professional and excellent at drawing blood. Thank you to ANNA!

What’s the point of having a phone number and never answering it?… Gave me tests to do over a period of time with no actual directions and can’t answer a phone whatsoever to help.

Took my mother to get labs done. The young lady was very pleasant and nice. She was quick with getting us in and out. I would say get more help!!! There should not be 1 person checking everyone in and doing the lab work! Don’t work that poor girl to death!!
