We make appointments and rarely have to wait. Staff is always friendly. I don't understand these poor ratings!

Went there today (made sure not to be an ass and show up 5 min before their lunch break or closing hours) incredibly nice and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very good at what they do and quick too
